Welp, to be honest, there is a part in the anime where her clothes get ripped off... But that's To Aru Majutsu no Index for you, the anime has a lot of ecchi moments. Posted 6 Feb 2014 Cheery . Almost every new anime I hear about are getting Ecchi'd . I'd like , just once, to find an anime that doesn't do that. I remember a time were fan service meant a little surprise or a reference that only fans could get . Not half-naked 10 years old little girls.....
