"Yeah. I've still got a bad feeling about this, honestly. We should've bricked that room up."
-
Zamy grimaced. "Curse my generosity."
-
"I'll be sure to implant a tracker in her as well, so if she runs off we'll know. And if things go pear shaped you're free to hit me with your baton if it helps."
-
Zamy stepped aside and spoke quietly. "There was no eay I could persuade her not to do this, and I'm making sure Miles does it so Harmony won't change mentally at all. It might make her actually like him a bit, and who knows? Maybe she'll dislike it and want to be an adult again before the time is up," she whispered.
-
"Ziona, we should talk out here."
-
Zamy set off as well.
-
"Let's try the kitchen. They congregate there."
-
Zamy teleported with Miles over to Haven.
-
(I think you missed Dylan's posts) "Ready?"
-
"Proper mind. It seems the safest. And that might not be a bad idea."
-
"Just put that in and don't tell her. I don't want her to run around actually believing she's a kid. I want this as controlled as possible. Ziona's going to try and murder me probably."
-
"Maybe. I hope so. Do you think you can make sure that she still retains her mind exactly during the transformation period?"
-
"Thanks." Within a few minutes Zamy finished her's. "I can't believe I'm going along with this."
-
Zamy started eating her own breakfast. ----- "So what brings you down here, Topaz?" asked Hope. "I just wanted to see how you were doing, and maybe talk to you about some equipment."
-
"Aww thanks, I do try," smiled Zamy.
-
"If that happened I might just give up," laughed Zamy as she brought in two plates.
-
"I know that. Ok, breakfast is ready. At least that didn't go wrong."
-
"At this rate I don't share your enthusiasm."
-
Zamy went into the kitchen and started making some breakfast. "Well I suppose there's the silver lining."
-
"I can't even start my day without something going wrong. You don't have to do this Miles."
-
"I'm not going to persuade you out of this, am I? Look, if Miles is happy to help I'll let him come to you but only to tailor the pool's effects on you and then make you a cure, no other potions and what not for anyone else."
-
"I don't think you quite understand how that pool works, it's totally random. It might turn you too young or make you even older and for any length of time for all we know. This isn't the kind of thing you can control. I'm sorry you're not feeling you fit in but I'm not sure how being younger will help, there has to be another way."
-
Zamy let out a sigh. "Ok Harmony, you can try and persuade me. What madness are you going to try and pull off?"
-
Zamy instinctively picked up the phone. "I'll make you some breakfast and let you get your head sorted after this call," she told Miles before putting the phone to her ear. "Hello?" ----- Zunnie sat down and started eating her breakfast.
-
"Well if you want to talk about it, I'm here." ---- "Thanks. For a moment I thought you wwre gonnaceat it in front of me," chuckled Zunnie.
