"There's probably some logic to it. False sense of ease on the would be thief's part." ---- "You don't have multiple home warming parties. And we can cross that bridge when we come to it anyway."
-
"Wow, I never realised how big it was given the emerald itself isn't nearly as large." ---- "Ok. You would only need it once."
-
"Well we are so far." ---- "But yes, that spell may work."
-
Hopecwas nearly finished her's. ---- "We'll just have to see what happens."
-
"Let's enjoy the walk. It is a nice day after all." ---- Zamy smiled back.
-
Hope followed Melody excitedly. --- "I can promise nothing, but it's a definite possibility."
-
"Sure! I'd love to take some notes on it." --- "I might adopt you, yes," replied Zamy.
-
"No, I haven't actually now you mention it." -'-- "Oh. Well, there's nothing saying I couldn't."
-
"No, I don't have that, granted." --- "Yeah. Wait, is somerhing the matter? You can be honest with me."
-
"You haven't seen anything yet." --- "She adopted one of them."
-
"I'm surprised haven't already, darling," replied Hope in a haughty tone. ---- "Hmm, that could work. I'm not sure Ziona will be best pleased if she found out you knocked out her adopted daughter though."
-
Hope said "teleporter" in between fake coughs. "I'm sorry about that," she grinned. ---- "Or what?"
-
"Once again my superiority is confirmed." ---- "It wasn't your fault Miles..... I dunno, maybe we could still have the party if they were just left with the guardians. They're always watching after sll," said Zamy as the ball went behind her, meaning she had to swim to get it and toss it back.
-
"A close call there." ---- "No. I just wanted a sense of normality again, but those blasted kids managed to open a portal to another Zone."
-
"Alright then," replied Hope, tkaing her time with her ice cream. ---- "I wish I could say it did."
-
"Played any pranks while I was away?" ----- "Exactly."
-
"Of course! That's where I've gone wrong all these years." ---- "And some of my colleagues said we'd never need volleyball," laughed Zamy.
-
"Heh. I'll keep that in mind." ---- "I did do a little back at the academy."
-
"No doomsday devices yet." ---- Zamy jumped at and whacked it back. "I'm not totally out of practice then."
-
"Neither can I. It'll be great to have." ---- Zamy waited for the return.
-
"Not yet. I'm still trying to make my AI." ----- Zamy tossed up the beach ball.
-
"Just working really. Nothing particularly dashing." ---- "Great." Zamy got a beachball out of her bag then dived into the pool.
-
"Exactly." ---- "If you can think of one I'm all ears."
-
"We can decide later." ---- "Trust me, it doesn't thrill me not to be able to hold that party. It seems small children are the bane of my existance. Good thing you're older," replied Zamy, laughing slightly.
-
"We could do I suppose." ---- "I'm not going tp beg a bunch of strangers to do it for me. Besides, they should be vigilant."
