"Woah these are amazing!" said Hope as she gleefully watched the display.
-
"I'm sure I will. I can't for the fireworks to start," said an excited Hope. {OOC Now you mention it I don't think so, but I'd say it's safe to assume they at least know of each other).
-
(OOC It's just to point out how totally unrealistic this dream world is. She was the first villain that popped into my head).

"Hi Skye. It was only by chance Melody bumped into me, and I'm glad she did." ----------------------------------- As Maria unlocked the door and walked through, Shadow felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist just as he was about to follow. "Well if it isn't the ultimate lifeform." Shadow spun around to see Lien Da standing there, smiling at him. "You look surprised to see me. I've lived opposite you for years." Shadow gave off a laugh. If Lien Da was his friendly neighbour, clearly this dream world was even more idealistic than he previously thought. What next, Eggman is Father Christmas? "Sorry, I'm not quite with it today," he replied. "Ok then. Just remember you can give me a call anytime if Rouge doesn't quite cut it." With that Lien Da walked back to her home across the street, and Shadow entered his own, wondering what oddity he'll witness next. He began to grab some stuff for the trip as he heard Rouge coming down the stairs.
-
"Promise," replied Hope with an honest smile. "Now let's go see those fireworks."
-
"Relax, your secret's safe with me Melody. We don't have to do it now if you don't want to, we have plenty of time."
-
Hope laughed. "If you ever want I can show you how to work some of the stuff in there."
-
"Hehe, relax. I know it's not a particularly regal area of interest. Or even a particularly normal interest period."
-
"That's good of him I suppose. Taking the throne and going with her would be a bit much."
-
"Yeah I'm sure it will be. And Skye? How's he taking your coronation?" asked Hope --------------------------- As Maria stood on the edge of the cliff and looked out to the ocean, Shadow noticed a forest just ahead. "How about we go explore in there after we've gone back home to grab some stuff?" he asked. "Ok Shadow, let's go." Maria began to walk back and Shadow followed. He knew he could just chaos control them there, but she wanted to see the world, and he wasn't going to stop her.

(OOC Oh yeah, that didn't occur to me the first time. I blame tiredeness). Hope adopted her usual relaxed posture when Mina spoke to her. She looked around as Melody showed her the castle, her face lighting up upon hearing the words 'firework display.'
-
"Hello there," said Hope with a smile as she curtsied, slightly thrown off at how informal Mina seemed for a queen. (OOC Well I guess sometimes it doesn't take long to establish a connection with someone).
-
"Sure, if I'm allowed to. Though I suppose with the heir to the throne by my side I can go practically anywhere." (OOC Sorry for my sparse responses as of late. University is picking up. At the moment I have the joy of reading about 100 pages of incredibly dull research methods stuff).
-
Hope looked in awe at the castle. "Wow. That's incredible Melody! It must be wonderful to live there."
-
"You thought what? That I've done this with Shadow? I have, but he was carrying me as opposed to me going alongside him. And I'm having plenty of fun, thanks."
-
Hope held on tight as Melody ran back. "Well this certainly is a new experience."
-
"Why don't we go a little faster? I can always come back here if I need to."
-
"Ah OK. But still I'd love to come."
-
"Hehe I'd like to give it a shot at least. And how could I refuse? Congratulations! Does this mean I have to refer to you as 'Your Majesty' from now on?"
-
Hope laughed at Melody's remark. "Well if it's as simple as reading a spellbook while wearing a hat I think I can pull it off. And yeah I'm liking it here. It's practically heaven."

Maria finished her breakfast and promptly left with Shadow, as Rouge was still asleep. They took a walk along the cliffs nearby. Maria looked down as the sea smashed against the rocks below. There was no one else around, allowing them to take in the beauty of the scenery without distraction. Maria always wanted to see the world, well now she could to her heart's content. ------------------------------------ Hope looked outside and saw something running towards her house. As it got closer she managed to make out what looked like Melody. She then heard a knock on her door and Melody talking into the buzzer. Casually she opened it and stepped outside with a smile. "Hi Melody. No I'm not a witch. Having fun?" she said whilst extending a bucket of sweets to her.
-
As a thought crossed his mind Shadow looked outside, it was a clear day, and there was no hint of trouble, no sound of impending destruction or death. Fairly certain now that things weren't going to go horribly wrong, he poured himself a glass of juice and sat next to Maria. He knew this wasn't real, but he was just glad he could spend some time with his friend, if only for the duration of the dream. "Is something wrong Shadow?" she asked, looking slightly confused at his anxious behaviour. "It's nothing Maria, I'm just.. feeling a little strange today," he responded, trying to reassure her. "Ok. You do look pretty tired, but don't forget we're going for a walk later. You promised me," she said. "I did?.... yeah I remember now. Don't worry Maria, I'll take you for your walk after your breakfast. Thanks for reminding me." -------------------------------------- Hope finished her tinkering and triumphantly held up her creation. It was a laser pointer, but instead of creating a simple red dot, it was actually a cutting laser. She put it into her pocket and walked over to the other side of the room ,which was full of boxes and cabinets clearly labelled with all of the materials and tools she could ever possibly need. She opened one containing various metals as she pondered what to build next.

(OOC Spec Ops The Line much?)

Shadow heard a loud beeping and brought his hand down onto his alarm clock, according to which it was 9:00 AM. He could feel an arm across his chest and as he looked over to his right he saw a dream version of Rouge, soundly asleep. He carefully got up and cautiously walked downstairs, hearing noises from the kitchen. As he rounded the corner he came face to face with Maria, who was eating a bowl of cereal. With a innocent smile she greeted him, and he responded in kind. Clearly this was going to be one of his better dreams. Rouge sat in her throne room, a smile upon her face. The walls and floors were a beautiful marble, and in a huge chandolier hanging from the ceiling was the Master Emerald, the light coming in from the skylight shimmering off of it and dancing about the room. In front of her was an immensely long table packed with jewels of all colours, shapes, and sizes. At her side was a dream version of Shadow, passively sitting down, looking equally as happy as her. Rouge got up and began to inspect the jewels as more were brought in. Hope awoke in a typical 2 storey house. As she got out of bed she looked outside the window and saw the sun shining outside. The trees were all brightly coloured and were overflowing with various sweets. In the distance there was a river, flowing white chocolate. Hope walked downstairs and out her front door, picking up sherbert lemons and chewy cherries that had fallen from the trees and putting them into a nearby bucket. She walked back inside and entered her workshop. She sat down at her bench and began building something, occassionally stopping to take a handful of sweets from her bucket. Crowley was seated in a comfy chair aside a roaring fire, a large portrait of himself above the fireplace. He sipped the brandy from his glass as he read the newspaper, utterly content. "Terrible state of affairs," he muttered to himself as he read the main story.

That picture is very cool Survivor, though the guy in it seems to be shooting at nothing in particular.
