Shadow the Hedgehog

Crowley just leaned back against the wall, not wanting to interfere with the process. As Hope looked over the schematics, Shadow and Rouge discussed the dream. "So your ideal version of me is a passive drone who does everything you say?" he asked in a deadpan manner. "Well, it would be nice if you were a little more obedient," she replied with a devious smile. "Yes, who else would build your diamond castle?" he said sarcastically.

"Just don't rush into it. You'll need to adjust slowly, or you might not adjust at all."

"It's perfectly understandable. Just remember you've got all the time of the world to adjust."

Crowley smiled to himself. "Am I really that terrifying that you can't look me in the eye?" he asked jokingly.

"Of course. How could I object?" he replied.

"That reminds me. You probably wouldn't want to talk to the current version of myself. If you did manage to find him, you'd find he's rather busy at the moment, and the people who took out the contracts were very explicit in their desire for prompt delivery," said Crowley.

"If you want me to stay, then I'll gladly do so." Hope got herself a drink and then started to look over the schematics.

"I'm sure you will be able to, in time. But I'd imagine you want to be alone with them right now, so I bid you farewell," said Crowley.

"I'm not lying. By virtue of the fact I'm standing before you right now, I know you can change this. You don't have to follow what their memories of you were. You can choose to do whatever you want. You could even not have children, and it would not erase Skye and Melody."

"To cut a long story short, Shadow and the others were pulled inside of Skye's during a dream. When we exited, Melody, Red and I, all previously just figments of his memories, found ourselves in other people's minds. Through a machine, I was extracted from Shadow's mind and the others from different people. We were given physical forms, and in my case, I was given a name. That is how we are here."

(OOC Mina. Who else is freaking out?)

"Not necessarily. Now you don't have to follow any set path. You can choose what to do with your life, master of your own destony," said Crowley in an attempt to reassure her.

Crowley stood up, slightly bewildered at still existing. "It appears things are not all as they seem," he said. Hope stuck her head back out the door. "True, though Glen seems to be trying his hardest to compete with Skye."

"Come on. Let's go before this mushiness makes me throw up," said Hope as she took Shadow and Rouge back to the other room.

"I wonder where the children are. They weren't with us on the ship," said Shadow.

"Sorry Glen. I can get Ziona in, but not an ex legionnaire with no business at GUN HQ," said Shadow.

I think it's good that Rouge and Omega will actually be doing something of their own accord, as opposed to just following Shadow around. I think that might be this 'Eclipse' character. He slightly reminds me of Mephiles. I'm interested to find out what his motivation is.

"I can take you to him in the morning," replied Shadow.

"Yes he is. Hopefully for not too much longer."

"If you're willing to come to UF territory, then of course. And don't worry Dylan, it's not an exact copy."

"Of course I'm going to test it first. And it'll be stationary of course, so it'll only affect a very specific area.

Crowley had a sudden shudder, and instantly had a feeling something was up. "No you won't. Once I've built a copy with the schematics I have, I'll be charging people to use it. So no one's getting affected by it unless they want to be," said Hope.

"6...5...4...3...2...1! Touchdown!" Hope gave a mischievous giggle at her handiwork.

"15 seconds. Here it comes," she replied with eager anticipation.

Hope looked at her PDA and a countdown appeared, showing that the ship was going to crash in approximately 1 minute 30 seconds.
