Shadow the Hedgehog

"Woah that really is a big one. You sure you can finish that?" asked Hope.

Hope took her banana split and began to eat it.

"I see. Well hopefully she'll never set foot off of Moebius."

"Is she that bad then? Somehow it doesn't surprise me."

"I don't think I'm at that stage yet Tikal. And of course I don't mean that, I was only joking. There are only a select few members of my family who aren't criminally insane, and I have no intention of leaving that category." ---- "You should keep that in mind yourself as well."

Hope laughed. "I doubt any of you will ever need me to. Once I've taken over the world there'll be really big signs to tell everyone," she joked. ---- "Feeling the pressure are we?"

"Heh. I'd say I can still do far more with my tech than this magic at the moment. I could probably build a doomsday device in a day for example."

"Thanks. I'm even surprising myself."

"Ok." Hope read the scrap of paper once more and made the lights appear, this time moving them around slightly. --- Crowley bowled again, this time knocking only half of the pins over with his first shot, but taking the other half with the second, getting him a spare.

"I don't mind. Whatever I'm most likely to be able to do."

"Sure let's do it." --- "I know that Red."

Hope ordered her dessert. --- "Well done Red."

"Good point." ------ "Indeed," said Crowley as he threw his ball down the lane, scoring a strike.

"Thanks Melody. And to be fair she did do a fair amount of running back at the house. Plus you are on holiday."

"Are you sure Melody? I can afford to pay." ---- "No you didn't, but neither am I."

"Given that disturbing 'joke' of yours you're not one to talk," replied Crowley with a smirk.

"Just ignore him. Once he leaves here I'm certain he'll have a tragic 'accident' involving a bus."

"Heh good point. I forgot Melody had those vouchers." --- Crowley picked up his ball. "After you."

(OOC Probably with utter bewilderment). "I'm gonna go for the banana split," said Hope. --- Rouge laughed at Shadow's remark. "You know I think I do prefer you like this. The 'dream' you wasn't much for conversation," she said "Thanks. And I must admit the idea of you being as docile isn't as appealing as it sounds." "Aww thanks handsome," she replied before putting her arm around him. After what they'd been through in that nightmare, he'd let her keep that one.

Hope picked up her dessert menu and began to browse through it. Back at the hotel, Shadow and Rouge were enjoying another pitcher, glad to have the whole penthouse to themselves. "You know I could get used to this," said Rouge. "Really? I never would've guessed," sarcastically replied Shadow with a smirk.

"It's possible. It's not gonna be cheap or quick, though once it's installed it should be no problem."

"Hehe I guess it would. But I can't just teleport to and back at will. I do have a job to do. And that still doesn't solve the security issue," replied Hope as she started her milkshake.

"I can't unfortunately. What little training I ever do, I'd have to do at GUN, both for geographical reasons; this is a long way to travel after all, and the fact I'm too much of an asset. GUN like me close at hand, and to have their personnel nearby. So while I would love to train with you, I just can't."

"Though I'd say most aim to do as little falling as possible," joked Hope. -- "Indeed. Let's get started."

"Exactly. You've got nothing to worry about. I'm sure there's a gym of osme kind near you if push comes to shove."
