"That's an unorthodox approach Melody, but it just might work." ----- "You're catching up Red. I'm impressed."

Hope gleefully took the bowl and finished off the ice cream. "Mmmm, I can see why you ordered it."

"Really? Do you want a hand?" asked Hope.

"You can always get another one any time you want."

"Good idea. I'm sure she'll like those."

"Agreed. That'd be a disaster waiting to happen," whispered back Hope. ---- "As are you. If you want to prove my confidence wrong, go ahead and try."

"Going to the arcade is fine by me."

"Heh no worries. Enjoy."

"I'll be sure to wait, don't worry," said Hope. --- "Not at all. I'm quite sure I'll win."

"Hmmm. That'd be a tough one."

"Good point. If I get good enough with it I'm sure Shadow might want my help as some point. It'll be nice to see the like on the Doctor's face."

"My dear uncle has done that a few times actually. And sorry Skye, it seems I have a habit as of late of getting into heavy discussions."

"Thanks Melody. That's good to know. Heck I suppose it's easier to do it technologically than magically."

"It's not specifically you doing it, more just the general concept that someone can. I mean, your identity is one of the few things you can ever really own. And I'd say given the amount of tech I'm involved with I'm probably not one to talk about objective normality."

"Well yeah. The thought of someone impersonating me is kinda creepy."

Hope laughed. "I don't think my voice would really fit you."

"I know imitation is the best form of flattery, but you need to work on your impressions!" joked Hope --- "Another strike for me disagrees with your theory."

"Heh. I was thinking more of putting in unknown amounts of things. Like uranium for example." --- He bowled and got another strike. "Back on form once more."

"Heh perhaps. And I could always try to liven it up a little bit."

"Heh I think the magic might be better. I doubt any of you would know what I'm installing or adjusting in a doomsday weapon."

"Well if it makes you feel any better you can do a running commentary of whatever I do at some point," joked Hope.

"Sorry," said Hope as she finished her dessert.

"That's a fair point."

"Heh, somehow I don't think Melody's gonna let that happy in any case."

"I'll happily be proven worng on this occassion," replied Hope as she went back to her dessert.
