"Shadow got over his past a very long time before any of these events ocurred, as far as his file says," replied Zamy.

"Sure thing Anna," replied Hope.

"Yes we are. He's in the cell next to Robotnik, and is unconscious at the moment, plus we still don't know what that injection is going to do to him, but.... I honestly doubt he'll try anything now. If he does, we can still see anyway, we just won't be in earshot. So feel free," replied Zamy.

Hope headed back over to Shadow to discuss how to proceed.

"If you knew he was gone, you wouldn't have suggested that he would have meddled in GUN's affairs and be a cause for concern with regards to this formula. Stop changing your story," replied Hope.

"Look Glen. If you can't even be bothered to find out who runs GUN, you are certainly in no position to trash talk it. Hugo Brass has been gone for a while now. Besides, you know nothing of our practices," replied an irritated Hope.

"Well at least these 'GUN nuts' can tell the difference between a vial and a piece of paper," interjected Hope R. "No can do. We've been looking for something like this for ages. Besides, it's Shadow and Crowley's decision. It was their blood after all," replied Hope.

Hope R just scoffed at Glen's attempt to talk down to her, while Hope K studied the formula. "I should be able to refine this. Of course it is and will remain beyond top secret," she mumbled to herself before putting it back in her pocket. "Shall I call base and get them to pick Robotnik and Miles up then Ziona?" asked Zamy.

"Oh I was just curious. After hearing what they tried to do I have little sympathy for them to be honest," said Zamy. "It would appear we share that sentiment Officer," Hope R smugly said to herself. "Might do what Glen?" asked Hope K.

"Just keep that formula safe. You don't want word getting out about it," said Zamy to Hope before heading back to Hope R. "One question, those guards, I assume they were formerly in the employ of that nefarious organisation there. What will happen once the serum wears off?" she asked. "If any survived your attack, they'll either drop into a coma or simply fall asleep then wake up with memory loss. 50/50 chance really," explained Hope R.

"It's obvious. Immortality," Hope whispered so only Ziona could hear.

Hope pulled out the piece of paper Hope R gave her earlier. "I should be able to work out what it does, but I have a gut feeling as well," she said.

"Perhaps you should ask my dear counterpart... she has the formula, and can develop it further," replied Hope R, causing Zamy to look down the hall at Hope casually chatting to Shadow and Rouge.

"I guess we'll just have to wait, and how do you know about the Black Arms and Shadow's connection to them?" asked Zamy.

As stated in the show thread I'm not a fan of the redesigns, especially Knuckles'. However, apparently Big Red Button entertainment is formed of ex Naughty Dog employees, and given their work on franchises like Ratchet and Clank it should at least theoretically be a good action platformer, and as far as I can tell, this is only a spin off, as the gameplay is radically different and even on their own website Big Red refer to it as an alternate Sonic title. So this does have the potential to be a fun game, though obviously I woudln't want the whole series to take this direction.

I know they aren't mummies. I merely used that metaphor to get the point across that it looks odd. And yes I agree about the other characters not showing up, though I'm sure they'll be revealed soon enough.

Knuckles' head almost looks superimposed onto that weird body. And I don't get the pseudo-mummification look they're going for with the wrists and ankles, as well as Sonic wearing a scarf for some reason. This all looks very strange.

Hope R smirked at Glen's naivety. "It wasn't just that Glen, she'd been adding things to it," said Zamy.

"I doubt we'll get much out of her, and we have the evidence we need," said Zamy.

Zamy tossed Miles into a cell and shut the door before reaching for her radio. "OK Ziona that's one down. I guess you could teleport her into a cell. She doesn't seem to be in the condition to run away," she suggested.

"It doesn't matter, we have business to take care of," replied Zamy as she hoisted the unconscious Miles over her shoulder. "Cells are that way on this floor like you said. I've got no idea how we're gonna move Robotnik, so watch her until I get back," she continued as she started walking.
