"He seems to want to change on some level. I think the key might be in his memory loss. If we can get his memories back hopefully he'll reform," quietly replied Zouge.

"It seems like it, but I can't say for sure," replied Zamy.

"Parents? His file didn't mention those. Maybe I can bring back these memories," thought Rouge.

Zouge listened to Anna's and Miles' exchange.

"Yes, of course. It's what I'm here to do," said Zouge.

"It's ok. We're not here to rush anything through. We just go at your pace."

"Is there anything else I can do to help, Miles?"

"I'll put my recommendation to the board. I can't guarantee anything, but it would be likely you'd get into a program."

"I'm just doing my job, no need to thank me."

"Yes. I suppose I'll put in a recommendation and see what happens he's certainly not fit for jail like this."

"Yes, there's a system where you can send letters and such to each other."

"That's good Miles. I'm sure you'll do just fine."

"Yes it is better than the alternative. But you'll have to work for it."

Zouge shook her head after overhearing Ziona and Glen but focused on the task at hand. "It will be scary at first Miles, I won't lie. You can't wake up one day and go 'I'm changingveverything today'. This process will take time, but you're not doing it on your own."

"If you don't sincerely want to change, then the program won't be able to help you. They're designed to help people who want another chance, not those who just want an easy way out."

"Yes. If you're willing to change, you might get into one."

"Yes, we do have rehabilitative programs for certain kinds of prisoner," said Zouge, while Zamy gave Anna a simple nod.

"There's not even any guarantee you'll be spending any significant length of time in Zone Jail."

Zamy shook her head. "I don't know," she replied. "Well it has happened. Thinking about what could be isn't going to help you much I'm afraid," said Zouge.

Zouge paused, not knowing what would become of his magic. "Possibly, though I'm not an expert on imprisonment proceedings."

"Well I'm sorry but you'll just have to adjust. It's not like you can't nove your legs."

"You have to remember that you don't need to fly. Most people live happily without that luxury. You'll have to get used to it, but it's certainly not the end of the world."

"Look. No one's draining anything, and you never know, they miggt be able to reattach the tail."

"No one's taking you away in this condition. Rather than thinking about jail, try to focus on what's happening right now."
