"Because I have professional integrity, not to mention a sense of morality," replied Zamy before the memories hit. She let them sink in, though definitely not out of choice.
-
Zamy grimaced when the memory formed, trying to come to terms with it. Then she realised something. "One major fault there. I know for a fact I only met that guy a few days ago. So how was it getting the snot beaten out of you? I bet you enjoyed it. After all you always were Mina's lapdog. And I have no reason to trust you. You're hardly a man of honour."
-
Zamy clutched her head, shocked and confused. "Was I really like that?" she asked herself.
-
As the new memory formed Zamy thought it over. "How could they... wait that seems new... nice try," she thought. She was sceptical of this one, but knew it'd get harder to tell fact from fiction.
-
Zamy shifted the layout of the maze in the hopes of delaying Miles a little longer.
-
"Thsnks for revealing your plan, 'genius', said Zamy as she concentrated on the thought of a maze. (OOC Goodnight Dylan).
-
"So you consider heartlessly trying to possess someone 'normal' behaviour? And good luck. Happy childhood, nice career. Most traumatic thing I've experienced was the theory test at the academy."
-
"And I don't like having sone freak in my head! But we can't all get what we want apparently!" yelled Zamy.
-
"Yeah sure you did," sarcastically said Zamy before letting out a scream of pain. "Even if you take me over, you'll never get out of here alive."
-
Zamy was gritting her teeth, trying to keep in a straight line through the pain. "I'd rather endure the pain than have a nut like you control me. How long have you had the explicit desire to prance about in women's clothing?" she retorted.
-
"The only one who's dying here is you," retorted Zamy in her head.
-
Zamy mentally kicked herself: she should've seen this coming. As Miles' form began to dissipate, she was still hurtling upwards. However, she was far more focused on mentally preparing herself to try and fight his possession.
-
Zamy managed to keep on her path despite the tremors, once she reached Miles, she'd use the extra boost to rocket up into the air with him, hoping to sever his connection with the area, or at least break something on the way back down. That was all assuming she actually grabbed him, of course
-
Seeing Miles was distracted Zamy shot towards him at a much greater speed than before. This plan would probably go horribly wrong, but it wasn't like she had much choice.
-
Zamy threw herself to the floor and waited foe the shockwave to pass once it had she got back up and shot towards the older Miles.
-
"I see. so if we get him into the air, it might stop him? I've got one idea, but it's a stretch," said Zamy before turning to face the older Miles. Bending down, she began adjusting the power of the jets coming from the skates to give her extra boost.

I hate to break up this.... disturbing moment, but there are more important things here than randomly projecting relationships on to people, Locke. Such as escaping this place.
-
With Miles helping Zamy managed to cut through the chain enough to break it with a swift boot. Taking his hand she set off once again. "Somehow I doubt we'll have it this easy."
-
(OOC Unfortunate typo there Locke). Zamy got a hold of the younger Miles and began to skate away, only for a chain to wrap around her leg and trip her up. "Run for it, I'll catch up," she said to him, trying to burn through the chain with her other skate. ----- Shadow eventually made his way to the research site. It appeared to be built into the mountain, but the door was frozen shut. Chaos spear in hand, he cut through around the door and kicked it in, the sound of it clanging on the floor ringing throughout the room, only to be replaced by a dead silence soon after. With no other light source to hand, Shadow entered the darkened room still holding his Chaos spear.
-
"Not on your life," spat Zamy as she skated forward to try and get a hold of the younger Miles.
-
Zhadow was torn between taking a shot at Miles or Melody, eventually deciding to aim for the former as his shield seemed to be down. Zamy skated after Miles and tried to grab him. "You can't do anything for her right now. Not with him in your way," she yelled to him.
-
No he won't, but I will. What's been going on here Dylan?
-
I hate paperwork.
-
Well, well, well! Did the handsome lifeform finally decide to update their status, hm?
Now that you've mentioned paperwork, I've been caught up with GUN's documents. How's it going for you?
-
Still as dull as ever. I've got a lengthy report to do for next week. I don't remember signing up to write things down.

The Zone Cop pondered for a moment what to do, and with a sigh pulled a stun grenade from his rig and stuffed it into Melody's clolthes. He pulled the pin and heard the spoon fly off, and waited until the last second to let go of it and her, rolling along the ground before coming to a stop.
-
"I don't know. Perhaps he's gotten stupid in his old age. It's certainly not to take over her body, as hurling rocks will just destroy said body if they hit," said Zamy. Elsewhere, the Zone Cop Melody aimed at had the misfortune of her knife being embedded in the side of his rig. Seeing little other option he went to grab her wrists to prevent her from moving, hoping it would allow his comrades to line up a clearer shot.
