*wandering around aimlessly* That's the last time I trust other people. Now where the heck am I?

Zamy sighed and pulled out her radio. "Ziona, tell Glen there's no hard feelings. I'd hate to make him feel down." As she spoke she checked her watch to see how long the meeting had been going.

"I don't need your love Glen. Give my share to Ziona if you want," said Zamy.

"Give it up Glen. I don't fall that easily," said Zamy.

"Do you mind not gossiping Glen? I had far more important things to do than look at Zhadow like some fangirl," said Zamy.

"Not particularly. Sorry Glen, but I'm not interested."

"It could be a trick. Maybe I should break out the super bright light and see how he copes," joked Zamy.

Zamy obliged and smiled. "See? I'm honestly ok. It's just been a long couple of days."

"I appreciate the concern but I'm fine Glen. I'm happy."

"Exactly. It's not going to happen."

"Not on your life Glen. Not even in your dreams," said Zamy, laughing.

Zamy laughed. "That's the oldest trick in the book. People do it before going shopping with the cuffed person's credit card sometimes.'

"It's crazy I know. Apparently you've slapped me around, insulted me, handcuffed me so I was horribly late for a meeting, and much more. Given he threw everything but the kitchen sink he's probably made you stand me up on a date or something."

"It's fine, you didn't mean anything. And according to my fake memories I should expect worse from you," joked Zamy. "

"Yes, I can testify to that."

Zamy laughed. "I'm not that crazy."

"I know. I was joking."

"Yeah. So let's hope he doesn't get any bumps on the head. I don't want to make up a story about his imaginary father leaving us."

"You could be on to something. So long as he doesn't think I'm the one who gave birth to him we should be ok for the moment. I don't mind his attachment."

"Hmm... you do have a point. Perhaps this is normal for him."

"Potentially yes. He'd be very clingy to anyone he grows attached to."

"Sure. Just pay the fee," joked Zamy. "It's either worry at that stage or just deal with it."
