Perhaps I will, I certainly can't predict the future. And I think your younger self wants to know something from you.
-
Basically it'd be more problematic than enjoyable.
-
Perhaps. But I'm not one for having a sidekick.
-
Yes, it would shake it up. But it would also create a lot of problems. It means I'd have to devote less of my time to my work for starters. And there is the inevitability of me burying them along with whoever their mother would be.
-
Good to know. That's the last thing I need.
-
As far as I know he was joking. But for all I know him saying that memory hasn't come back yet could be true, this is a gradual process in a way.
-
You won't, not from me at least. I knew you were joking.
-
I see. Who is the unlucky woman?
-
*rasies eyebrow at Skye, knowing he's lying but humouring him* Yes? Go on....
-
This makes me even more glad I won't have a child.
-
"So you mean that blithering idiot nearly got us killed again? If he comes back here, I'm hauling him to Zone Jail no questions asked," said an irritated Zamy.
-
Zamy shot at the wolf, hoping to distract it. "Anymore of that water spell Miles?"
-
I can make no promises, of course. But I shall try.
-
I would have experienced some things yes, but other events I'd be as good or bad as anyone else.
-
*laughs* I could live to the end of the world and still not be able to give a full history of what happened.
-
"Ok Miles, whenever you're ready."
-
Yes, but at least I'll have the memories of my team and other allies.
-
"He's doing this every 10 seconds. No bucket of water, I've got a laser. Not much help I know."
-
Zamy looked at the tracker to get her position, then teleported them nearby. She looked confused seeing Anna up a tree. "What's she doing up there?" she wondered.
-
Immortality is lonely business, but it's what I do. Complaining just makes it drag, so there's little point.
-
"Do you want to head back and ask Anna if she wants to come along?"
-
Yes, but it doesn't matter. I'm going to be here forever, so I may as well get used to it.
-
It just seems like more of the same for decades. I even seem to be staying in the same place I am in the present.
-
"Yeah. So what do you want to do in the mean time?"
-
No, I'm fine Skye. I already know my rather bland future prospects.
