"No there isn't, I'll get Omega and we'll head the temple." Shadow then left the lab to find him.

"That trace of yours led to the temple, but I don't think there's anything there for him, it could just be trap. The question is do we spring it?" pondered Shadow.

"Prisons come in all shapes and sizes. But I think if he just wanted us dead he'd have killed us when he had the chance," said Shadow.

"Yeah, if we haven't just doomed the world," said Rouge.

"Icing on the cake. Though I think releasing a good puts the ball in our court if we're keeping score of crazy events."

"That's horrible. I'm glad the creep got what's coming to him."

"I wasn't expecting that. A shame we were on mission, or we'd have helped."

"Who? You might as well tell me."

"Lost a tail? That seems a bit much."

"That's ok, at least it won't happen again."

"I just don't like him, getting shocked wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Oh yeah, him. Good luck to her," muttered Rouge.

"As long as she's managing until she can escape."

"Well at least they'll be normal soon enough."

Rouge shuddered. "That's creepy. It won't be permanent will it?"

"It doesn't have to be shiny, it sounded like a brilliant shade of purple. I can't believe you smashed it Shadow. An enchanted swimming pool? Why am I not surprised?"

"Hope's told me about a something busting out of a gem, which by the way I would have taken much better care of. What's the really freaky part?" asked Rouge.

Hope gave a slight laugh. "Yeah."

Hope appeared a minute or so later with Rouge. "We can't just have one normal day," she muttered.

"Ok, I'm going to get Rouge quickly," said Hope as she rushed out the door.

"Just give Hope a hand if you can. It looks like it's just us on this."
