Shadow the Hedgehog

"I think so. It seems to be describing the power of the tablet. Basically, drainibg energy, magical or otherwise." ---- Zunnie kept low and tried to avoid being dazed by the bright lights.

"I know." ---- "Sounds busy in there."

Shadow dragged it out using the bottom of his shoe. "You can at least look at it." ----- "That building over there looks like where we need to go."

That's understandable. Sooner or later he'll be brought to a stop I'm sure.

"We have that tablet. Grab it and have a look." ---- Zunnie started walking.

"One of them was a copy, I assume the imprisoned one." ---- "Let's keep moving."

The second Mephiles teleported away as the 'original' just disappeared, leaving behind the tablet. ---- "Agreed. We're too close to lose it now."

That could be it. Lead the way, your highness. *follows Sally*

The brawl continued as Team Dark tried to stop Mephiles. ---- "It isn't moving. Yet.'

"Gee, what do ya think I'm trying to do?" sarcastically asked Shadow. ---- "I see one up there in that building. Weird robot spider thing."

With Shadow distracted the other Mephiles slammed the tablet against the barrier to start draining it, but was intercepted by Rouge. ---- "I'm with you. So where are our metal overlords at?"

Shadow went in to attack but the new Mephiles resumed the old tactic of dodging everything. ---- "Looks like a great place to live," joked Zunnie.

The shadow moved and slowly formed another Mephiles. ----- "Kinda looks like a city of the future if it went wrong."

"I think we could do..... Shadow, your shadow's moving." ---- "This place doesn't look much brighter."

"You could say that." ---- Zunnie reached the next area.

"I think it did. So how's that 'backup plan' coming?" asked Hope smugly. "You seem to be so focused on what's in front of you you are blinded to what surrounds you," replied Mephiles. ----- Zunnie could feel spmeone or something getting close and pulling away as the cave got darker agsin, but tried not to show she was creeped out.

Hope put the necklace down. ---- "Let's just move."

Yes it is slightly complicated with her. And thank you I appreciate it.

Hope started saying the spell. --- With Zark's help she managed to yank herself free. "Ok, maybe not a killer worm."

"Not on Eggman. I was hunting down DEL grandmasters when this happened. I may have found a lead in Regina Ferrum though.

I was hit by a beam from one of Eggman's machines and ended up in your rather grand bathroom. I also seem to have lost my Chaos powers for the time being.

"No not that I can find. Just willpower." ---- Zunnie walked forward but broke into a sprint when something tried grabbing her.

*thinks* May as well see if she's here. I'm not going anywhere fast. Sally are you around? ---- *Rouge helps Regina down* Regina: It was an attempt at teleporting his troops around to gain an advantage. Only he couldn't get it to set a destination, the hedgehog could be anywhere.

*opens door* Looks like the princess's room. Why can't I just Chaos Control out of here? That beam must have done something to my powers.
