"That's true. You've got your lockets now." ----- "I hate to say it but he probably would've lost it some other way. And you didn't get yourself killed, you were killed by professionals. Not much you could do," said Shadow.

"You know me too well." ----- "It's not your fault."

"Oh I won't let you," grinned Zunnie. ---- "Yeah, I can see that. Some of this is horrible." Hope skipped several pages.

"Worry about it later.' ---- Hope started looking through the book.

"No problem." ----- "Cool. Anything to help hold him in place, a magic hand or skeleton?"

The princess said he was here I believe. Or at least coming. And agreed Skye.

His attacks seem to be less frequent these days.

Zunnie bought the lockets. ---- Hope went off and returned to with a small glass ball and got a large metal circle from a scrap drawer.

"I know." ---- "Cool, I'll look around."

"It's so long ago I've almost forgotten." ---- "I could find a bit of glass. That's easy to destroy," said Hope.

"It's fine. I'm just glad I didn't fall for that trick with the eyes," she joked. ---- "I should be able to get that circle. And what will work as a container?" asked Hope.

"I can still get you a couple." ----- "Excellent. Sounds like a plan."

"Don't try that on me. I haven't got enough money to get you them all amyway." ----- "I see. At this stage blowing him up seems the most viable way. I'd have to be sure it was him and not a decoy though. Maybe we could use this ritual to weaken him."

"Come on Ziona. Pick the one you like the most." ---- "I see. That may work. How long would it need to depower him and make him mortal?"

"Lead the way." ---- "What is it?"

"We might be able to buy you one from a gift shop. All these rides have themes after all." ------ "Point taken."

"You're welcome." ------ "Why couldn't they just make one that works with no need for stupid things like sacrifices?"

"Yeah." Zunnie pulled out her wallet and got a photo from it of her and Ziona smiling. "It's about 6 months old." ----- "There's always a catch with these spells," said Shadow.

"That's not a bad idea." ------ "Ok then."

"I know." ----- "It'd still require something to be given up, and we're not losing anything."

"I know. I just don't have one." ------ Shadow sighed. "I guess we're doing the other way. I'm not letting anyone die to put him away."

"There has to be a way. Even if I have to stand here reminding you every two minutes." ------ "What is it?" asked a worried Hope.

"That's a good thing. I don't want you to stop being you." --- "Really? Let's hear it."

"No one does. It's that darn magic pool messing with his head." ---- "Thanks."
