"I think it's just you still having dead legs. You haven't moved them in days after all."

"Hey, you're making progress at least."

"You're getting there then."

"Great. Can you move them any more?"

Zamy returned to her apartment and started typing. --- "I'm sure we will."

"Well if you want to head off and do whatever, I'll start my daily reports." ---- "Not at the moment I'm afraid."

"I know. But that'll be of little comfort I imagine." ---- "But we could still do something to it."

"That might make things pretty awkward for a long while." ----- "Given how fast you'd want it to go, it wouldn't last long."

"Oh dear. What will it be?" --- "That might be a little unstable but we could try."

"Good to hear. I wonder how he'll react when he's adult again. I hope amnesia for his sake." ---- "Erm, OK. What do you want to do with your wheelchair now you can walk again?"

"That last part is very concerning." ----- "That's good news," said Hope K.

"Is there anything we can do bar forced re education? Because if that's the only option, we may have to." ----- "Given the rate of regeneration I'd say you could do that within the hour," said Hope R.

Zamy shuddered. "I'd have cuffed myself to something to prevent that long before my mind went weird if I fell in." ----- "It's ok. Be positive, an hour ago you had no movement."

"That's true. I may have perpetually screamed in horror otherwise." ---- It's worth a shot. But take it slow."

"Yeah. That pool has caused me nothing but grief." ---- "Exactly."

"That's not surprising. I'm not, funnily enough." ---- "That's just life. It couldn't come back easy."

"No problem." "Some quick thinking there Miles," said Zamy. "Do you want to find Anna or shall we head back?" ------ "Oh, of course. A good sign."

Zunnie smiled. "Ok, see you in a little while." ---- Hope jumped up and down with joy until Melody started "owing". "It doesn't hurt too much, does it? We could get some pain killers if it gets bad."

"Yes. You just need to relax and calm down." --- Hope tapped Melody's knee again.

"I don't think it would have helped. But I agree, you should have a rest. You'll feel better afterwards." ----- "It shouldn't. I'm not dead yet," said Shadow.

"I don't know. But you have to know you can't relive your childhood even if you were made a kid again, the world's changed from when we were that age." ---- "Yeah. Things are starting to look better."

"I know. But that darn spell had other ideas," said Zunnie as she teleported her and Ziona back to haven, Zamy doing the same for the rest. ---- "Hey, it moved. It must be working!"

Zunnie chuckled. "Yeah, that's true." --- "I assume that's my cells starting the repairs," said Shadow. Hope knocked her knuckle on Melody's knee to see if her leg reacted. "Feel anything yet?"
