Shadow the Hedgehog

"Oh I wish that'd happen." --- "Energy is spiking at Mina's location, guys," said Hope.

"I've grown bored with our current arrangement." --- "Yeah I know."

"Zamy you can get out of there now," said Hope. --- Zamy rolled out of the way and started to make her exit. --- "It comes with the job. Besides, I'm not gonna let someone like that send me packing."

"Can't handle an even fight?" --- "No need to, I couldn't just leave you there."

Zamy tried to get some body blows in on Mina's sides. --- "Yeah. Zamy's in the thick of it and Topaz looks pretty bruised." "Next time I'm taking the sniper role," growned Topaz through her radio.

Zamy tried to tackle Mina. --- "It sounds pretty rough out there guys," said Hope.

Zamy fired her pistol again, hoping the lasers would at least disrupt the casting.

Zamy was knocked onto her back.

The blows found their making, knocking the Zone Cop back.

"This is bad," she thought, preparing for the incoming attack.

"Indeed. Though in cases like you I'd wager it'd be encouraged."

"It comes with the job."

"Ready to give up yet?"

Zamy grabbed her arm and shifted to the side, hoping Mina's arm would get wrenched by her own momentum combined with the hold.

Zamy gulped and stood still, aiming to grab Mina's knife arm.

The spell hit her teleporter, temporarily disabling it.

"Ooh struck a nerve did I?" laughed Zamy, teleporting out of the way. "I love technology," she thought to herself. ---- "If you're lucky they've scattered."

"You're trying to steal a city in a world you know nothing about all because you screwed up in your world. Maybe you're right, you're more pathetic than creepy."

"You coulda fooled me," she replied, teleporting behind Mina.

"Of course he did. You're both creeps." -- "There's a few shops on it."

Zamy did her best to duck out of the way. "Your husband tried something similar. I'm not going through that again." --- "Head along the street until you reach a pharmacy, then go left and you'll reach the main square which is the centre."

"You don't seem to have much to offer by way of conversation."

"I've talked to too many of your ilk."

Zamy moved to parry the blow with her baton and follow with a knee. --- "I understand. When do you need me there?"

"You seem to forget these people aren't the same as those on Moebius. They know what freedom is and won't take kindly to it being taken. Not to mention th is far from their only city. You'll never win." --- "That doesn't seem like a good place to be when it all goes down."
