Hope headed to the kitchen and got everything ready, returning a few minutes later with her and Melody's food.

"Nothing. I've got a few tins of beans or I can guy buy something from the shops."

"Maybe. What do you want for lunch?" asked Hope.

"I doubt he'd settle for that now," laughed Hope.

"That'd save us a lot of trouble."

"He has too much of a sense of humour for that."

"It did it seems." Shadow thought for a moment. "But yes, Rouge gave me something at least. The Doctor was too busy threatening the world with the Eclipse Cannon."

Shadow laughed. "I wish. I think Rouge gave me some fruit. I can't quite remember."

"Very true." Shadow scoffed at them. "You got the luxury of travelli g that time span near instantly. Try being frozen for 50 years then you can tell me what hunger is."
