"The clans control the world we visited but..." he turned to Sarah. "Here they only have control of their homeland."

Miles eyes widened at 'tail back'. "I... I do...?" he asked. He turned his head round slowly then gave a cry of delight. "I've got two tails! I've got two tails!" he sang happily, dancing in little circles. He ran over to Zmay and hugged her tightly, before standing back and spinning them around. He spun out of control almost immediately, crashing into a wall. ------------- "Hold on," said Melody, adjusting her aim to try and take out the guy before he fired.

"Just the night," replied Skye. "Hard as it is to imagine, we've only been gone a few hours. Not a month!" He glanced at Mark. "Careful, I... uh... do a lot of my magical stiff here. Some of it could be dangerous."

"Hardly. You kept sneaking after us," said Skye to the girl, before walking to one of the table. "Yeah Dominic, we should," said Ziona to Dylan. "They must be worried about us." "They won't be," said Skye," tossing a watch over to Dylan and Ziona. "We haven't been gone for a month."

"No one asked you to come Sarah," said Skye to the lynx girl, then he grinned at the lynx boy. "Glad you like it Mark. I can't wait to show you round. Though.... you will find it kinda strange." Ziona looked around. "Uh.... Dominic, Stacey... if we've been gone for a month.... why has no one cleaned up the mess we made?" she asked, pointing at the trashed and messy parts of the lab

(Okay, next morning it is) There was a flash in the lab basement as the kid's reappeared, but they weren't alone now. And they looked slightly different. Skye was dressed in black and had a sword strapped to his back, while Ziona was wearing a kimono and had two katars holstered to her belt. Skye looked around happily, and sighed. "It's good to be home again. It's been a while," he said with a smile. -------------- With a yawn, Miles turned over in bed and slowly came to. He glanced at his arm, and in the half light thought it looked paler than it had before. He sat up and switched on the bedside lamp, looking in a nearby mirror. "It worked! I'm back to nor...wait... you've got to be kidding me!" said Miles as he looked at his reflection. He was back to normal. But TOO back to normal. His hair dye was gone. He looked identical to his prime counterpart. "ZAMY!" Miles called heading to the door. "IT WORKED! BUT, uh... do you have any hair dye?" He was so preoccupied he failed to notice something else that was back. He had two tails again.
