"Like who?" wondered Miles

"I thought you might like it," said Stacey.   -----   "And where did you steal it from?" asked Ziona, running an eye on it.   "Like I'm gonna tell you," said the Legionare.    ------   "And there was me thinking you swooped in to foil the plans of madmen like someone outta a comic," said Miles.

"Not even with 'foiling' on front of it," laughed Miles.

"But you'd never do anything to hurt me!" said Miles.

Miles started to turn his head, then stopped.

"It won't eat me if I don't turn around.... right...?" shivered Miles.

Miles gave an involuntary squeak.   "M-maybe I should eat more then!" said Miles.

"You don't sound sure," said Stacey.   ---------   "We stole it.  We didn't make it," said the Legionare.

"Grab some sleeping bags and mats, then sleep there.  Wouldn't that be nice?"   -----------   "Yeah, I'm back," grinned Zoe as she landed next to Dominic.   "So what's going on here?" asked Ziona.   ------------   "Why would a monster want to eat me.  I'm just skin and bones.  Far too crunchy!" said Miles, trying not to sound scared

"Hmm... not that big then.  Small for a monster."

"I thought... maybe... we could camp in the arby.... indoor garden."   --------   Before the Legionare could say anything more Zoe and Ziona arrived.

"Hey... How about.. uh... well.." began Stacey   ---------   "Then what are you?"

"Yeah.  Sturdy craft!"

"That monster is really curious about that ship," grinned Miles.

"There's Haven.  We're almost home," said Stacey.   ------------   "I guess not then."

"That's good," smiled Stacey.   ----------   "Are you Royalty in hiding or something?" asked the Legionare.   ---------   "Good point," said Miles.

"Sorry Sarah," said Stacey, slowing down.   ------   "Why not? Is it secret?"   -------   "Really?  Hmm, that's interesting.  I wonder who hired them to transport it then."

"See you at home," said Stacey, taking Sarah's hand and setting off.   --------   "What do you mean 'can't'?"

"Where did the vault go?" wondered Miles

"Well, he deserves to be chastised!" said Miles.

Miles grinned, waiting for the rest of the story.

"But it's gonna go wrong somehow!" said Miles.

"They best hide in what left of the ship then," said Miles.

"Ohhhhh!" Miles was intrigued.
