Me... no... unless this strain turns you into a random pokemon, and it happened to land on Fennekin twice...   Or.. maybe... it works by turning you into the pokemon you THINK it will turn you into...   So... maybe?

I think so....    You see, ages again I got infected with 'Fennekin Fever' which turns anyone infected into a playful Fennekin.  I got better, but I think I'm infected again... only, this time I'm immune to it, but I'm still a carrier.

Who's a good pair f Fennekins then?  It's you two!  Yes it is!  *still petting*
