Skye Prower

"Maybe... a few weeks..." said Skye. ---------- "They're still pretty far away," commented Harmony as she pulled on her coat. "It's f-fine, it'll be a n-nice walk," said Anna.

"Uh... o-okay kids... But it is gonna take a while," said Skye. "Lets find one!" said Zoe. ------------ "Of course it would.  Can't have my precious Vipey not looking stylish now, can I!" smiled Ziona. ----------- Anna squeaked a little as the plane landed, but soon calmed.  Harmony followed at a slight distance before jumping off her board as they reached ground level.

Skye forced a weak smile.  "I'm gonna get ion so much trouble for this!" "Where do they keep instruments?" Zoe wondered. ----------- "We wouldn;t want you not stylish now!" winked Ziona. --------- "T-this won;t b-be bumpy will it?" asked Anna holding on tight "Sure thinG!" said Hamrony slipping back onto her board.  

"O-okay... I'll d-do it..." said Skye. "Yes we should!" cheered Zoe. --------- "Very nice!" replied Harmony with a wink. "T-that sounds l-like a g-good idea," said Anna through chattering teeth. ----------- "A stylish hat of course!" said Ziona.

"I...." Skye began --------- Harmony smiled, a proper smile this time.  "I can feel it a little.  I am kinda resistant to the cold too.  Not as much as you though Mint."

"Pretty please!" added Stacey wide eyed.  Skye stepped back a little from the onslaught of childish begging. "We should get insturments!" said Zoe. -------- "What if we digsiged it to look lie a hat?" giggled Ziona. -------- "It is?"  Harmony twisted round to try and get a glimpse of the snowy mountain they were heading for.

"Of course we will be!" winked Zoe. Skye looked a bit relieved. ------- "I'll hold you to that... maybe I should get you a helmet!" said Ziona.

Skye looked between the two kids.  "Well... maybe they will.." he answered to Honey, hoping it would cheer Dominic up too. "Ooooh!  We could be!" said Zoe. ----------- "I hope you never stop," smiled Ziona. ---------- "Er.... maybe... we should explaine once we're on the ground again," said Harmony.

Zoe giggled.  "We sound like a band!" ----------- "You always make me laugh!" smiled Ziona.  "I love you so much!" ----------- Harmony took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves.  "It... it's okay.... That was..... another life.  It's in the past."  She gave a smile, though it was somewhat forced.  

"Sorry Dominic," said Skye "Of course we are!  The best ever!" said Zoe. ------------ Ziona broke into giggles.

"I dunno why, they just are," said Skye. ---------- "What did I do?  Is this just because I fell off my board?" asked Harmony worried. "I... I t-told them about y-your.... a-accident..." said Anna softly.  A wave of emotions passed over Harmony's face as she stared at her sister, then slumped and sat on the wing of the plane.

"What's wrong?  Why all the grim looks?" asked Hamrony cheerfully at first, then looking somewhat concerned.  "Anna.... what did you tell them?" ----------- Zoe giggled happily. "Most aliens.... aren't that nice..." said Skye. ------------ "I'll try not to¬!" winked Ziona.

"We.... we've had a d-difficult life," said Anna, barely audible over the engine of the plane.  "But t-things are better n-now.  W-we're happy." "Anna, are you alright?" asked Hamrony as she flew over, holding onto the wing of the plane to steady herself.

Skye looked at Honey and Stacey after Dominic's nod. "Alright then," smiled Zoe kneeling down to pet her sister. ----------- Ziona smiled and hugged Seviper tight. ---------- Anna gave a scream as the plane almost hit the cliff.  She was breathing heavily, but her expression looked like she'd almost enjoyed the close brush with death.  She looked back at the pair.  "I... I c-can g-give a s-short version... the full one is..... very... complex... B-but... H-harmony was r-really b-badly injured.  S-she needed cybernetics j-just to s-survive.  My brother, he and his b-b-b-best f-f-f-friend can d-do magic, and they... c-created a new b-body for Harmony.  But they got it a little wrong." Hamrony was watching the plane, but was too far away to hear what was said.  "Are they trying to scare her?" she wondered.

Skye still looked a bit worried. "I was?" asked Zoe. ----------- "Then why don;t we?" suggested Ziona.

"M-maybe I can c-convince them..." said Skye, though he didn't sound very certain. ----------- "Oh... uh... well..."  Anna shrank back in her seat a little nervously.  "She... didn't u-use to b-be a f-fox.  S-she was a m-mongoose l-like m-me..." she explained.  

"I... I guess..." said Skye.

"But you were giggling!" insisted Zoe. ----------- Ziona gave a happy sigh and hugged back.

"Sorry..." said Skye apologetically. "What's so funny?" asked Zoe. ---------- "Not at all Vipey!" smiled Ziona, patting his head.

"Yes, we could Honey..." said Skye getting more nervous.  "But I can't just do it Dominic.  It would take time... and I dopn't think our parents would like it." ----------- "It wasn't her fault," said Anna quickly.  "She's not used to having fox tails!"  

"Er... y-yeah I could..." replied Skye, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. "Awww, thanks Sis," beamed Zoe. ------------ Anna laughed.  "I can tell!  She was really nice to me and Harmony when we met her, despite the accident." ---------- Ziona smiled.  "But we wouldn;t want you to become boring now, do we?"

"Why... do you want a rocket?" asked Skye "Cause I'm an astronaughty!" replied Stacey trying to do a dramatic pose, though it was hard to tell in his costume. "What do you think Sis?" asked Zoe once she'd put the costume on. ----------- "That's s-something I'm grateful I never had," said Anna.  "Couldn't you... just go and yell at them?" ----------- "I should have known you would!" laughed Ziona.

Zoe started putting the costume on. --------- "You better make the most of it then!" teased Ziona.

Stacey looked between Dominic and Honey then spoke up.  "W-well.... uh.... c-could you build a rocket Uncle Skye?" he asked. "A rocket?" Skye repeated surprised. "Great!" grinned Zoe taking the costume. -------- "Oh really?" winked Ziona. -------- Harmony gave a slight nervious giggle when she realised Aether was watching her. "I'm sure Harmony would love t-to hear that," smiled Anna.  "Though,... I don't think I-I could sing to a crowd."

"Huh? Oh!  Stacey, what is it?" asked Skye smiling.  Stacey just stared back a little. "Find anything?" asked Zoe. --------- "You could be right," admitted Ziona.
