*Returns the hug tightly, voice wobbling slightly* T-Thank you Locke. As l-long as your with me, I think I might cope. I-I should try and join the dots with what I do remember. Treat it like a puzzle to solve, maybe that will help fill in the blanks.

*Eyes widen, knees, tails and arms are tucked into chest.* I know that name. I remember that name. Prower, that's my last name. And Miles, I remember Mom calling father that. I... I can remember small parts, of trying to impress him. But... no matter what I did... he was never happy. (ooc: No worries Dylan. Hope you have a good day away.)
-
No...? No. When I was hurt I had to look after myself. These strips taken from the bottom, I think I had to make my own bandages. Was this older fox my Dad? I don't think of him like that. And he did hit me, I remember that. Just because we both have two tails we aren't necessary related. I mean, if you have a floating island then surely two-tailed foxes aren't that rare, are they? *Looks hopefully at Locke*

I left a palace in a hurry? *Closes eyes and thinks* When I manage to recall my siste, I remember living in a big building. Was that a palace or castle? Did I live in one? *Shakes heads* As for the bloodstains, maybe I was badly hurt when I slept? (ooc: Ok, goodnight. And yeah, the glove thingy is loosely based on the star gate thing.)
-
I guess so. It must have been harsh travel, given how worn it is, and all the bloodstains. That might explain the image I had of sleeping in a cave. *Opens backpack* Some basic camping equipment. A very damage blanket, but, I think there's something embroidered here. Looks like a seal, a royal stamp maybe. Was this taken from a palace or something...

*Takes a deep breath* Right, lets get started then. *Walks into bedroom and looks around. Pushes journal to the side.* Lets see. Tool belt, no, I think that's just functional. A weird metal glove thing with a crystal in the palm... Hmm, not sure about that, or what it does. *Picks up backpack from foot of bed* I'm pretty sure this means something, but I don't know why. I think... I think... It's almost like I think of this like a home.
-
I suppose we should get started then. *Starts walking towards bedroom* Shadow, are you going to help? (ooc: Dylan, when you get back we can do the were-hog thingys)
-
I suppose... we'll just have to see. So, do we look at the data first, or through my room? (ooc: note, we need Dylan to look at the data as we're dealing with his curse.)
-
True I guess. And I have remembered some of it in the past few hours, so it probably will all return eventually. I just hope it isn't so bad that I want to forget it all again.
-
Then... Maybe... Maybe it's best if we don't push it too far, and just see what comes back. I... I really don't know what would be best.
-
I guess so. Are you saying we should leave it blank though. I should just forget about rediscovering my past?
-
Uh, heh, I'm not sure if I can learn from this one as I don't remember it. *gives weak smile*
-
Wait! I did WHAT? *Looks ashamed* I'm... I'm sorry. I guess I must have left you no choice.
-
*Smiles when Locke pats his head* That sounds like a good idea. And if you think it's ok for Shadow to have a look at the data then I'll unlock it. *Turns to Shadow* I'm sorry. I can't remember if we met before but... *Offers hand for Shadow to shake while stepping forward, then suddenly jumps back looking terrified* Wait, I DO remember you. You were... hurting me.

We’re actually on a floating island? That’s so cool! *Looks around* Oh, bye Dylan. *sniffles slightly* Maybe your right and I am a bit tired. I didn’t mean to overreact there. It’s just, seeing to people I like arguing it just, really hurt me for some reason. I don’t remember anything else right now. I’m certain I had a sister now, but I can’t remember my parents at all. Or any friends. I don’t think I had that many, if at all.
-
Please, there’s no need to be so rude, either of you. Dylan, I’m sure you understand we had to be careful. Locke, I’m sure you understand he might not have wanted it. *Almost close to tears* Please, don’t be angry at each other. Wait, Locke, are you saying there are floating islands outside?
-
I… think I understand. Not much more has come back, just a few fuzzy images. An old, but not quite as old of you, fox with two tails, slapping me across the face. A rain soaked cave, hiding I think, and a feeling of numbing hunger. Being thrown through a glowing portal by this old walrus-cyborg thing. And… and standing on, this might sound a little crazy, but standing on an island that was actually floating in the air, near these ruins topped by a giant crystal, while all these lights were being drained into the sky.
-
Awwww. Ooookay, if you say so. I'll just lockout the data before I go in-case anything happens.
-
Hi Locke. There's a lot of data here, and I think there is some pattern behind it all. And do I really need to take a break, it's not like I'm *yawns* tired.
-
*While everyone is in the infirmery* Ok, let's see. Physical scans, magical aura readings, toxicity checks... Increase in muscle mass, selective alteration of brain tissue, depend on... okay, moving on, clothing alterations? Huh, weird... Hmm all this is.... heh heh, very interesting... I'm gonna need to take some time to study this. (ooc: as it's Dylan's curse I'm not really sure what exactly Skye will find)
-
I'll leave the choices up to you. I better see what this data says. (ooc: and I'm heading off for a bit. Catch you guys later)
-
We still have the first scanner left. You can use that to check up on them.
-
We've got a portal ready at Dylan's house. You two make it there. I'll start having a look at the data and see what I can find.
-
Just the shockwave? No other effects?
-
Ok, I've killed the connection and calculated how long until an overload. I wonder what will happen when it... heh heh... explodes.. 10 seconds.... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...
