"Yeah, it is. Thank's Glen." (ooc: Do you have something planned for this contest Locke?)
-
"Ok, that works as well," said Skye, hopping onto Glen's back. (ooc: and off to bed now, catch you later)
-
"That'll do. We'll hide behind the big guy as he pushed through the crowd." Skye and Melody started following Glen.
-
"Hey Skye, any idea what this competition is?" "Not from here. And I don't think flying closer would be a good idea."
-
"Ok I might just recast that spell again. You never could disenchant my magic," Skye half-joked, half-threatened. "Alright, alright. I'll behave, promise!" (ooc: Ok. Goodnight Dylan.)
-
" "I wonder want this contest is? I'm gonna do my best to win." "No cheating Melody." "You think I'd cheat?" "Yeah." "Hmph. Well, you're probably right."
-
Both kids climbed out of the hole, Melody now much darker, and Skye with only a single tail. "Remember Melody, if you make any too sudden movements, the illusion can't keep up. And sorry Dylan, the pictures are back in our ho............ the zone we came from. Just try to picture her with blue hair that lit up whenever it got dark!" "It wasn't funny. I couldn't sleep for a month. Because of the Darn light coming from my Darn HAIR!"
-
"Well, it would just be an illusion, not a transformation, but, I'll leave it for now. It'd take a bit more thought anyway. Right illusion away a tail for me, and re-colour Melody." Skye began making gestures, while Melody's eye widened. "On no you don't!" She tackled Skye just as he finished casting and both kid's fell into the hole. "Oh, brown fur, black hair? That's not so bad." "Melody, last time it was an actual colour enchantment I used on you, not an illusion. And I didn't MEAN to make your hair glow in the dark."
-
"Illusion spell?" pondered Skye. "Yeah, I could do that. I't be easy to fix me, but I'd need to do more to hide Melody." "Oh no, not after what happened the last time." Skye pondered for a second then a random idea popped into his head. "And to be honest, when it comes to illusions by the time it comes to hiding one tail, making something a bit more complex is just the same. So Melody, what about an illusion so we actually look like Mom and Dad's kids?" Melody just stared at her brother. (ooc; I don't know where that idea came from, but there it is.

"Sounds like we're in trouble. Gee, I wonder who they might mistake me for," said Skye half with humour and half sarcasticly. "Thanks for the ice cream Dylan." "Ummm, I could quickly fill the hole now is I disenchant my sandcastle and let the sand fall into the hole?"
-
Melody returned to the digging while Skye continued to try, and fail, to dry his tails out. "Blast, these things are worse than sponges." Zet headed over to Ziona. "Um, Ziona. Can I borrow you're phone? The problem was, erm, I'd run out of battery on mine."
-
"Don't mind the flavour, as long as it's colourful and has something crunchy in it," said Melody. Skye managed to pull himself back up and paddled back to shore, and started wringing his tails out. "Yuch,I'm gonna need something strong to get that taste outta my mouth. Hey Dylan, could you get me the strongest lemon flavour they have?"
-
"Yeah, that'll be great," called out Melody. "Just shout when you get back so we don't accidentally cover you in flying sand as we dig." Skye's ears pricked up at the suggestion of ice cream, and he spun round in the water to call out. Only for his waterlogged tails to sag as he turned and pull him slightly under, resulting in yet another mouthful of water.
-
Melody grinned. "No problem. Lets get started."
-
"You should hear her when she get really mad." Skye said to Dylan then wandered over to the shoreline and jumped into the sea, paddling against the waves. He spluttered slightly as he swallowed a mouthful of salt water. Melody stood there, curiously watching the spot Shadow had just teleported from.

Skye walked over to the sandcastle where Zet's phone had fallen, picked it up and handed it to the almost frantic Zone Cop. "Here you go." Zet took it without a word, but with a slightly confused look. Melody started digging, but the toy shovel wasn't really built for any real work, and snapped in two almost immediately. "Oh @*%£!£# &^!"%£"@ <%!()£"
-
Melody grabbed the spade. "Once I'm underground I can go as fast as I like!"
-
Melody crossed her arms and started to sulk. "Not allowed to run. Not allowed to make proper sandcastle. What AM I allowed to do?" Zet gave a yell of surprise and his phone went flying into the air, burying itself in one of the sandcastles Shadow had used to aim his ball. Zet started searching frantically while Skye laughed and again thrown the ball back.
-
Landing, Skye sprinted over to the beachball and threw it back near to Shadow, yelling 'catch'.
-
Skye took to the air, ready to recover Shadow's ball when the bombardment started. "Skye, no flying," Melody called out, as she continued to build her sandcastle. Which, with the help of her speed and magic, was far larger and intricate than it had a right to be. (ooc; there we go, back to the beach.)

(ooc: Well, erm, that's a little weird... Though given everything that's happened so far in this game, yeah, par for the course!)

Harvest time. *Sigh* No more weekends off for a while.

Skye's mouth dropped open and he was speechless for a few seconds. He'd just been joking, and hadn't expected Shadow to take it seriously. "D-d-done," he finally managed to stammer out. "I can't go far if I can't run," Melody replied to Locke, then she knelt down with the bucket and spade and started building a sandcastle.
-
Skye grinned wildly, his ears twitching. "Leave GUN and set up a restaurant business!" "If you can't show off on a day like today relaxing with your family, when can you?" asked Ziona.
-
"Too much, Red?" asked Ziona, slightly confused. She walked over to the car and dragged Zet out of it. "Come on, you're gonna enjoy yourself." "But I can't get a working signal on my phone." "Well, you could always ask Skye for help," suggested Ziona with a smile. Zet looked conflicted at that suggestion. Skye, now in shorts and sunglasses, walked over to Shadow. "I've got my price ready if you want a ball boy." Melody sprinted towards the water, the screeched to a halt before she reached it. "Oh yeah, no running. Hmmm, what else can I do..." She looked around and her eye's fell on Skye's bucket and spade.
