"Oh I think I'm ready. This is gonna be fun."

Mina gave a slow clap. "How professional. Letting yourself be followed here."

"Now, now. With all of you using code names, I'm not gonna reveal the name of my friend. But I don't think I caught your name, Mr...?" "As for the payment, normally I'd insist on payment up front, but I've heard that those from where you're from tend to keep your word."

"Oh, not a transfer. More like a copy. I've a... friend... who could arrange for that."

"This is all very impressive," smiled Mina. Zet rubbed the back of his neck self-consciously. "I'm afraid I can't do anything quite like that..." Zet began. "Oh, no need," Mina gave a friendly wave to Zet to show it didn't matter. "I already know what I want as payment." She turned smiling towards Shadow. "I want your powers."

"Clearly not from around these parts. Given how causally you walked into this cave with not a care in the world." Mina jumped off the rock and started walking around the group, still with an innocent smile, but a calculating look in her eyes. "I you say I can name my payment..... Hmm, you said you could handle the 'Fat Man's' army. How? I'd like a demonstration of what all of you can do."

"Oooooh. Code names. How mysterious. And a whole army eh? Well, there's nothing like that around here." Melody eyed Omega up and down. "So where exactly are you from?" She asked, smiling sweetly.

(ooc: It's not a problem. It's just useful to write what your doing, unless your character actaully says it directly. Btw, what is your character called/look like?)

(ooc: you should have said something about teleporting along rather than just saying 'ooh, dark cave'!)

(ooc: I... you.... How did you get to the cave gutman? That makes no sense!)

"Looks like no one's around..." began Zet, but was quickly interrupted by laughter from near the cave entrance. "Well, well, well. So my rival walks out of a myth looking for my help. Or are you just a hedgehog with a dye job?" Mina was causally sitting back on a rock, spinning an knife idly between her fingers. (ooc: at least, I'm assuming I'm running Mina. If you think I shouldn't...)

"Given her reputation, I doubt she be late. Lets check it out."

The three waited for the full hour, but nothing seemed to happened. "Well, what now?"

"It's why she sleep's so much as well," put in Skye, "she gets so worn out she just crashes. That's what you get if your superspeed isn't natural." "It IS natural, I was born with it!" "You got it from Mother, and the way she got it? Nothing natural about that." ------------------------------ "I guess they don't have the luxury of having to choose. Or maybe that's the point. It's safer as no one would want to come here. Now we just need to wait an hour for the reply." (ooc: so what does the note say exactly?)

"Uh, Hi there. I see why you're called Omega. Ok, next stop Moebius, we can explain everything there." Zet again activated the teleporter. They emerged in a wooded area. "Right, somewhere near here there should be a ruined statute to the founders of the 'great peace' or somesuch. We find that and leave a message in a cubby hole on the right foot."

Skye snorted into his ice cream. "I like ice cream," Melody said defensively. (ooc: I had no idea at all about Ash, one way or another.)

"Ok. GUN first for backup, then Moebius." Zet fired up his teleporter and both he and Shadow disappeared. (ooc: oh yeah, Zet's not in uniform, as this isn't an official mission!)

"Huh, but... where were you hiding that?" ------------------------ "Heh, that'll work. I can rig up the teleport so we can stop off at GUN on the way. Ready when you are."

"What would be the fun of that. Better to make full use of them while they last. Aren't you getting anything Daddy?" ------------------ "Don't worry about getting in. My teleporter can get us there. Getting out, that's gonna be more difficult, if we run into trouble. We'll need a few minutes undisturbed to make the jump back. These teleporters really aren't suited for combat use." (ooc: Given Mina's profession, I wouldn't like to make a bet that her boyfriend is even alive! Oh, and Shadow, how much is Crowley known at this point on Moebius. I.e. would Mina recognise Shadow?)

Melody laughed. "I think we're gonna go through these coupons in a week, not a month." Skye was too busy with his ice cream to respond. ------------------------------ "I'm not sure what she'll want or what we should offer as payment. But I do know how to contact her. You leave a message in a specific spot, then an hour later she'll have left a message with where to meet."

"Yes. The sooner the better." Zet closed the door behind Zet. "The way things stand, it will take a couple of days to allow you and anyone you take with you into No-Zone without being detected. As for Phase 1, I can transport you there any-time you want, I've a friend standing by who can hide our signature to and from Moebius. But if we do go through with this, you'll need to be careful. If anything happens to Moebius Mina, it could have an affect on Skye and Melody." (ooc: Off to grab something to eat and walk the dog. bbl)

Skye gave a small cheer. Ok, it was strawberry rather than raspberry, but that was good enough. Melody picked the same multicoloured monstrosity she'd had earlier in the day, ----------------------- "Shadow? I hadn't expected you so soon. Is this a 'phase one' visit or a 'I'm busy for a few days' notice?"

Skye closed his eyes and crossed his fingers. "Please have a chocolate ice cream with marshmallow and raspberry, please have a chocolate ice cream with marshmallow and raspberry..."

Melody giggled and blushed, which was even more noticeable than usual with her lighter tones. "Hmm, what to go for... Raspberry ripple, or do I want chocolate... Or maybe something with marshmallow... hmmm..." Skye pondered.

The children returned, Skye sans one tail, and Melody now had lighter cream coloured fur, while her hair was the same yellow shade her fur had been. "Ok, ice cream all round?" (ooc: No worries Knux. Good luck with all the moving.)
