Skye Prower

"Where am I?" Skye replied in the same voice. "I'd rather not say. I want to keep this place private after last time. But I'm doing fan-tas-tic! How're you Dad?" ----------------- "Really, I mean it. I've missed that kind of upbeat attitude." (ooc: I'll be heading off soon. Might be watching a film, not sure.)

Skye stirred, slowly waking from the noise from his wrist radio. It had been such a lovely dream. He then started awake, slightly paniced. What it it had been a dream. What if he'd on imagined the wonderful things that had happened. He looked around... and saw Tikal lying asleep next to him. He gave a happy sigh and relaxed. "Shh, not so loud Dad, I can hear you fine," Skye whisper into his radio with a slightly dreamy, far-away voice. ----------------------- "No need to say sorry. If it wasn't for my foot, I'd have been fine." Ziona replied as she sat down. "Its nice to see such enthusiasm."

"Why, thank..." began Ziona before she was glomped by Honey. "And good to meet you," replied Ziona, again feeling somewhat uncomfortable. "Erm, but uh, I'm a bit off balance... hurt my foot this morning and..." She winced as Honey's hug was forcing weight onto her injured foot.

"Skye's not here? Huh? I wonder..." Melody muttered to herself as she headed to her room to clean up. Meanwhile, Ziona approached Prime Glen and Honey. "Hello, you must be an alternate version of Glen. My name's Ziona. Pleased to meet you both."

"Good. I'll be here to help you," Ziona whispered to Glen, before she began introducing herself to the new faces. Melody went over to Locke. "Hey, Dad. Where's Skye?" (ooc: catch you later Dylan.)

"Anytime you need my help Glen, just let me know." Ziona entered the main room. "Well it's a little more crowded here than when I left this morning."

"So who else is around?" asked Melody. ------------------- "We don't want the getting suspicious now do we Glen. And thank you for the compliments, and all the help with my foot and... you know." said Ziona as she opened the door.

"Hi Daddy, Hi Crowley. We had a great time thanks. Afraid I haven't seen Dylan around though." ----------------------- "Thanks, it's one of my favorites, but I hardly get a chance to wear it. Shall we rejoin the others?"

Melody leaned over to whisper something in Hope's ear. "I know a little secret about Skye and where he might head off to. I might tell you later." Then she spoke up to the group. "Oh yeah. I forgot about that. Well, there's always tomorrow." The trio entered the hotel room. "Hiya everyone. We're back." ------------------------- "Hmm, I don't know. Biology was never my strong subject." Ziona exited the bathroom, wearing a t-shirt and a summer dress. "I think I actually suit the barefoot look."

"Maybe. I'm not saying," Melody smiled conspiratorially as they entered the hotel. ------------------------ "It's nothing personal Glen," Ziona replied through the door, "I'm like that with everyone. Though, twelve years is something of an age gap."

"If he did, I think I'd know where he'd go," Melody pondered to herself.

"I'm sure he's fine. He's not the kind of person to wander off on his own." ------------------- "Ah, erm, don't worry about it Glen," said Ziona as she headed into the bathroom to change.

"Huh, Skye...? He was at the hotel wasn't he? Though, I didn't see him when we left." (ooc: I checked back, Melody was singing in her room when Skye headed away.) ------------------ "Sorry Glen, I represent the law here!" Ziona said as she pushed away from Glen, somewhat uncomfortable by his proximity.

"Well, you can put his mind at rest pretty soon," replied Melody, as she tried to choke back laughter at 'Glenny' ---------------------- "I'd never taken you for an impressionist!" Ziona said as she whacked him again. "Maybe you should try going on stage as an actor! But no way I'm I letting you punish me. I'm gonna get off scot-free!"

"Sounds like a plan," agreed Melody as they headed back. -------------- "Shame on you Glen," joked Ziona, "attacking a wounded, helpless girl!"

"Well, Hope did say no one has even reach the end before, and I was going for a large multiplier too. Right then, back to the hotel!" -------------------- "Oh heck no!" said Ziona with a grin, then she hit Glen over the head with a pillow.

"Hold on one sec," said Melody as she entered their names on the hi score table. "Wow, that is one helluva gap!" ----------------------- Ziona took a few, now more stronger, steps. "Oh no you won't be Glen. Because now I can walk again, I'm gonna get changed. And your not gonna be standing right behind me then!"

Melody giggle. "You should pretend you do Hope, just to see his reaction. But you don't need to be a combat engineer if you don't want too." --------------------- Ziona took a few hesitating steps, her leg buckled slightly but she only wobbled, she didn't fall. "I don't think I'll be hiking for a while somehow."

"As long as Shadow doesn't mind your sudden taste for action," Melody joked to Hope. "And Honey, well, I am still kinda up for more, but I think I could do with a break. Let's say we put in our high scores, head back to the hotel and freshen up." -------------------- "I think so." Ziona slid to the edge of the bed and stood up. She winced as she put weight on her foot, but it was bearable.

"Really Honey? I think we should go again. Kidding, kidding!" Melody joked then turned to Hope. "If you enjoyed that maybe you should actually do some field training, even if you don't intend on doing actual missions. At least it might give you some ideas for useful field gadgets that you might not think about in the lab." ---------------------- "True. Do you think I can take some practice steps with it now?"

Melody jumped up and began hugging both the others. "We did it! We did it!" she sang. "That was great fun!" --------------------- "I think I would. As long as I bring an ice pack with me just in case."

The explosions rocked the platform, almost causing it it tip. Melody grabbed the edge tight and peered over, seeing the dragon now missing most of it's front half. "Aww hell YEAH!" she cried triumphantly. ----------------- "Mmm, yes. Much better, thank you Glen."

Melody grabbed a couple of grenades, then almost causally tossed them towards the dragon, who seemed to be dropping in altitude. "Barbecue anyone?" ----------------------- "Our love?" Ziona commented incredulously. "There's that 'trying too hard' thing again."

"I think I've taken out one wing. But unless I head back over there to pick up my knives, it's up to you two to finish him off!" ------------------------ "So should I start screaming and bring a Guardian, a psychotic killer, an assassin, and everyone else who's out there crashing into this room?"
