Skye Prower

Ziona gave a wave and retreated to her own room, limping slightly.

"Thanks a million Glen. I suppose I should turn in for the night too. Give it as much of a chance to rest as I can."

"...'His foot' Glen? Imply that again and I'll slap you into next week!" said Ziona with a grin. "Everyone else enjoy their meal?"

"I don't think that one was when he first arrived, but it all seems settled now." Ziona looked at her now empty plate. "Glen, if your done could you take another look at my foot please." (ooc: and I'm back again!)

Ziona rolled her eyes at Glen. "I suppose some quite is nice Crowley. Make the most of it while you can Locke. By the look of things the kids really put you through the ringer today." (ooc: And off for a bit. Hopefully back soon.)

"No need to sound so glum you two. We're only holiday. C'mon, enjoy yourselves!"

The food arrived at the door, Ziona passed it out to everyone. "Is it my imagination, or is it much quieter now all the children have gone to bed?" (ooc: That's two 'meh' votes and one montage vote. I think once everyone has sent their characters to sleep, we can fire it up.)

"No trouble at all Crowley. And see you two tomorrow," said Ziona, waving at Glendo and Honey. (ooc: Are people wanting to RP over the meal, or montage it a bit to get to the dream plot? I've no preference either way.)

"Okay, got it." Ziona completed her order into the phone. "They say our order should arrive in about fifteen minutes."

Ziona made the orders, adding something for herself. "Dylan? What are you after?" she asked.

"Sure thing," said Ziona picking up the phone, "everyone just point out what you want."

"It's not a problem, really." Skye replied. ---------------- "I've got the room service menu in my hands, it's got most stuff on it, and it might be quicker than take-away, so ass everyone is humming and hawing, lets just go with it!"

"I'll do anything to make you happy Tikal," Skye respond, now blushing as well. ------------------ "No sense in getting both room service AND a take away, so what would everyone prefer? I've no preference."

"Uh, I'm sure we could Tikal, if you really want to." ---------------- "Patience maybe Glen?" suggested Ziona. "By the way," she called to the room, "anyone else want to join a room service order?"

"It's this one here. Actually," he said walking into the room, "there's a couch in here to. I'd forgotten about that." --------------------- "Of course it would be, but don't tell me the though didn't cross your mind." She picked up a room service menu. "Nothing to fancy. Just a quick meal before bed."

"Sorry Shadow, I though you were already asleep!" said Skye when Shadow looked at him. "I really don't mind the couch Tikal," as he headed to his room. "I've slept on a lot worse only a few days ago. In fact, the beds... well... they're really nice and comfy but.... I'm just not used to them." -------------------- "It wasn't awkward when I wasn't able to walk... Now don't you dare go getting ideas about saying I need to stay off my feet for a week or something."

"I... suppose so. But she probably has the right idea. I guess we should turn in," said Skye, casting a glance at Shadow. He started heading to his room then paused. "Wait, actually no. I'll sleep on a couch out here. Tikal, you can have my room." ------------------- "On no, I've had enough of being carried thank you very much!" Ziona laughed. (ooc: Ok, with shadow here it looks like we're on track to start the new plot. Once everyone's asleep I'll do an Eggman post to kick things off!)

"I'm so used to being there and helping her. Just standing by and not doing anything feels wrong." -------------- Ziona laughed. "So your saying we're a walking disaster then? Or would be if I could walk."

Skye shook his head slowly, not happy at the idea. ------------------ "Heh, I think we run a serious risk of using up all the ice in the hotel at this rate."

"She's my sister. There must be something I can do to help." ---------------------- "Talking of the little cub, I think Skye said something about being good at cooking. But room service would be faster, if you don't mind adding more charges to Locke's bill!" (ooc: I'm not dependent on it at all, and we probably want to wait till everyone's around before we fire it up. Just that we should maybe keep everyone in the penthouse, so we can quickly start it when everyones ready?)

Skye leaned in against Red. "I just hope she finds something to make her happy." -------------- "Maybe Glen. But I don't fancy leaving the penthouse. My foot's starting to throb again." (ooc: I depends on how quickly we want to start the dreamworld plot I guess.)

Skye slumped down on the couch, rubbing his shoulder slightly where Melody had grabbed him. "Poor Melody. I knew she was upset at the throne thing, but had no idea about the rest." ------------------- Ziona didn't reply, just stood there quietly.

"Heh, thanks Dad," said Melody. "I'm sorry for spoiling the evening everybody. Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning." She walked into her room and shut the door. ---------------- "I guess we'll find out in time."

Melody hugged Red. "I didn't mean to shout like that. I just wanna be the best, have everyone looking up to me." Melody made a sound half way between a sob and a laugh. "But I'm too shy to even speak to new people normally." She listen to Glen's suggestion. "Thank's for the idea Glen, but I don't feel like eating. I think I'll go straight to bed." Skye was watching is sister with a melancholy look on his face. ---------------- "You really aren't gonna give up are you.... Maybe one day..."

"I... I... I'm sorry Mom... I didn't mean.... well... I did but... I didn't want to say... You're right, there are other things I'm good at. I'm just trying to find them" Melody seemed upset more about the fact she had lost control, than what had been bothering her before. "Melody I..." Skye began. "I'm sorry. I had no idea." "Its not your fault Skye. I don't hate you at all. I... I think I'm going to go to bed now, it's been a long day." ----------------- "I'm amazed that you lasted this long!"
