"Thank you Tikal," replied Skye. "I'm glad you like it. It was a bit of a gamble when I first chose it to read at the shrine." ---------------- "Okay, lets see," murmured Melody as she read the guide. "This and this, then do that..." she started mixing the drinks. ----------------- "I know. But hopefully he'll have learned now," replied Anna ---------------- Ziona started swimming out into slightly deeper water.

"Yeah. You get the drink, I'll get the ice cream and milk," said Melody as she took the wine glasses they been using, placing next to the sink with the others from last night, and put the bottle back where she found it.

"Hmm, what about this one? It looks and sounds nice. Almost like a milkshake" said Melody pointing at the list. (ooc: And while not planned, I've just realized that's a callback to Ziona's comment about alcoholic milkshakes!) ---------------- "I know. Even with what he did I still feel sorry for him. I wish he'd chosen to just leave." (ooc: at that is probably the first time Anna/Mina has ever felt sorry for someone as far as Red knows) ---------------- "Good," said Ziona, running towards the water and jumping in.

"Yeah, sounds like a plan," said Melody as she opened the drinks cabinet. "Hmm, they have a mixing guide here, or do we just choose what looks good?" she asked. (ooc: Kids, DO NOT try this at home! :P ) -------------- Anna's voice returned to it's quiet, shy form. "It was Miles. I told him I was gonna stay. He didn't believe me. He thought it was mind control, or something. He tried to kidnap me. And now he's in No-Zone jail." ------------- "Good idea, as long as there is no evil fish this time!"

"Ah, yeah. Cocktails make more sense. And I shoulda remembered about Shadow." ---------------- "Ah, I understand," said Anna. "If you stay here for a bit it should be more relaxing than normal.... Well, I say should...." A momentary sad look appeared on Anna's face as she remembered what happened with Miles. --------------- "I'm not sure sharing towels is a good idea, but let's worry about the practicalities later."

"Huh. Somehow I though Rouge would have been a wine drinker. What do they drink instead mainly?" asked Melody

Well, if anyone was still trying to defend him.... Yeah, final nail in the coffin as far as that is concerned.

"Yeah. But this seems to be the main one I've seem them drink." She took another sip. "It does kinda seem to grow on you though." -------------- "What about you. Where have you been at?" asked Anna. ------------ "Heh, okay then, I will!" replied Ziona, mock offended.

"Hmm, I kinda like it. But not that much. It makes you wonder why they go through bottles of it though," said Melody. ---------------- Anna laughed. "No it doesn't. But that probably because I broke it. I looked at what fate had planned and went 'nuh uh'!" As she had been speaking, Anna's voice had lost it's shy edge, becoming stronger and more like her old speech. ---------------- "Yeah, I came prepared!" said Ziona, throwing her towel over his head.

"Well, cheers!" said Melody, as she took a sip of her own drink. Her face became one of surprise. "That's... not what I'd thought it'd taste like!" ------------- "My life these last few days has been crazy stuff working," laughed Anna. ------------ "Glen... you're putting your foot in it again!" said Ziona, but she was smiling.

Melody grinned and took down the bottle and two wine glasses, pouring out a little into each. She handed one glass to Hope. ---------------- "I'm sure I will. I mean, I've got a brother now who can do magic, and my sister's best friend built the tech that got you here, so I'm sure we'll work something out." --------------- "Let's enjoy the beach first," said Ziona quickly.

"Cool. What do you want... Or..." Melody grinned mischievously, "do you wanna try some of the grown up's drinks," she said, pointing at a bottle of wine. -------------- "Thank you, I'm glad you think so," replied Anna, skimming over the name mishap for now. Coming from Red, it wasn't so important as everyone else. -------------- "I thought you meant.... nevermind," replied Ziona, blushing deeply.

Melody headed to the kitchen. On the way she indicated to Hope that she was going for a drink, and mouthed 'want one?'. -------------- "It is better," replied Anna. "I saw where my future was headed. I'd end up like... actually, even worse than my mother." ------------- Ziona arched her eyebrows at Glen with a disparaging look that said 'seriously?'

Melody walked back into the main room, and smiled when she saw Red and Anna had found each other. -------------- "It's a bit of a long distance now though," said Anna, tearing up a bit. "But Red... I know this might sound strange but.... my name's Anna now, not Mina. I... don't like who I was turning out to be." -------------- "I would hope so. It'd be disappointing otherwise."

Melody glanced into the main room. "You might want to teleport or fly away thought. She's already in the main room." ------------------ Anna slunk against the wall as Shadow entered, then left for the main room. She looked around and saw Red sitting in the chair. She gave an excited squeal, running over and embarrassing her friend. "Red! You came! You made it!" she exclaimed happily. ----------------- "I'm sure you will," replied Ziona with a grin.

"Red... Current timeline Red is coming to visit Anna," Melody explained to Crowley. ---------------- "And to you. Thank you, and I hope you're feeling better," replied Anna as she walked towards the door. ---------------- "You always do," said Ziona, "that's why I love you."

"You don't want to meet yourself?" asked Melody with false innocence. -------------- "Yeah. I better go see what it's all about," said Anna ------------- Ziona laughed and started walking.

"Hi Mom," Melody gasped. "We deliver the letter... but, uh, in person... so we invited you... her... Red back with us. She's on her way now!" ----------------------- "Yeah. I hope the letter got delivered. I wonder what she's shouting about though." ----------------------- "Down Romeo!" warned Ziona.

"Oh, nevermind. I'll let everyone know. See you up there!" said Melody as she ran up the hotel wall again. As she neared the balcony, she began yelling 'Mom, Mom, Mom!' over and over. ----------------- "Heh heh. Yeah." ----------------- "You can hold on that long?" asked Ziona with mock surprise.

"Were you expecting a parade?" asked Melody jokenly. "Uh, Shadow. Can you take us outside the hotel so I can run ahead and let people know. Such as Mom!" -------------- "No, I was just basking in the compliment!" (ooc: nope. I just missed the post as we posted at the same time!)

"Oh that is embarrassing," murmured Melody, starting to blush. "For you two as well!" she said to Shadow and Hope. "I'd have expected guards in case the teleporter was stolen or something!" -------------- "I suppose so."

Melody immediately got into a position as if it was her who hit the button, and started shouting 'don't shoot!' ------------ "I see. I suppose there are worse ways."

"Heh, yeah. Are we near the beam out site yet?" ---------------- "But aside from more gems and possibly immortality, do you have any plans for the future?" asked Anna

"Could come in handy if you ever need to threaten your relatives," said Melody. --------------- "I certainly wouldn't bet against you here!" --------------- "You ARE in a hurry," commented Ziona.

"Worried you might slip over?" asked Melody. --------------- "Heh heh. Yeah. But be careful with the word 'never'."
