"Anyone who isn't in this room or out the door now!" Melody answered Dylan. "Which I think mean the Zone cop, her boyfriend, and the two new people."

"Fo.... Follow me everyone," said Anna as she headed out the door. Skye got up and offered Tikal his hand again.

"So those that are going are all here," said Skye. "Let's get going."

"Oh, that's... a shame," replied Anna. Melody walked over to Hope. "Ready to go?" she asked. ----------- "Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"

Skye gave a good natured laugh. "We're all ready to go Dylan," said Anna standing up. "C'mon, we don't want to be late everybody," she called out, then seemed to shrink a little. "That is... if you... don't mind..." she added more quietly. --------- Ziona got back into the hotel room, slumps down in a chair, and almost instantly dropped off to sleep.

"It really does make you look more pretty," whispered Skye to Tikal, referring to her blushing. ------------- "How easy... oh excuse me," apologised Ziona as she yawned again. "How easy would it be to retrieve her brother?"

"I'm sure he will. I'll give him a shout," said Melody, walking over to Dylan door and knocking. 'You might want to vacate the immediate area too Hope,' thought Melody. 'I think Skye and Tikal might be about to go 'wuvy'!' The tone of her thoughts was almost that of saying a nuclear reactor was going to go critical. Certainly, Skye seemed to be proving her right, as he lean over and gave Tikal a peck on the cheek. ---------- "You've got that right," replied Ziona, yawning heavily. "I think I could drop off to sleep right here in the hotel lobby."

Skye took Tikal's hand and gave it a friendly squeeze. "So, are we all ready to go?" asked Melody. "Not yet, I don't think Dylan is here yet," said Anna. -------------- "Sorry Glen, I'm just a bit tense. Yet another situation, and I haven't had a drink. But I dunno about the mongooses, aside from the hair the two black ones are almost the spiting image of each other. Closer than Mina and Anna are I'd almost say"

"I think I'm a little outnumbered here Tikal," whined Skye, curing up slightly on the couch. ---------- "Either that or some other Zone counterpart has just shown up," muttered Ziona, looking around. "Or you took a knock in the fight. How many fingers am I holding up?" she asked, her voice going from harsh to concerned as she held up two fingers.

"Thanks Red!" replied Melody, giving Skye a dangerous smirk, causing him to gulp. ------------ "That basically sums it up, yes. Depending on who it is might make things awkward."

"Sure thing Hope," Melody said, then shot Skye a look. "Why, what's he doing?" she asked Red. Skye tried for an innocent look, causing Anna to giggle. ------------ "Well, they are trying to work out whether Nega has been taken care of, and if so all the other tasks that have been left hanging since the war started. They've got their hands full." (ooc: Well, if no one else wants to I can. Though any suggestions as to who?"

"Yes, you do," said Anna smiling, as Skye rolled his eyes. "Thanks Mom," replied Melody. -------------------------- "He or she. I'm not sure. HQ didn't give me details," explained Ziona (ooc: Because I don't know who, or even if I want to play them. Anyone else want to play a zone cop?")

"Sorry Hope. I think I may have got things slightly wrong," said Melody. "Oh no! Everyone can wear what they want!" said Anna. She herself was wearing a skirt and matching top, somewhere between Skye's informal and Melody's formal look.

Anna smiled in an agreeing way as Melody entered the main room. She looked around. "Oh Skye, don't tell me you're going to dinner dressed like that?" she sighed. "Anna wanted a 'normal' family dinner, not a fancy one!" replied Skye. "Oh.. she... you don't mind Anna? Do you?" asked Melody slightly embarrassed. "Actually I don't mind. I just want to spend time together," explained Anna. ----------- "Until we have more information as to what exactly is going on, full statements, the Captain is unwilling to send any addition forces. But apparently Zet's replacement has some experience with the occasional time travel incident. They're arriving tomorrow once Zet has been taken home." Ziona informed Glen.

'Don't rule it out. I doubt Skye was either, and look what happened there! Anyway, shall we join the others?'

Melody gave a giggle. 'But that means if you do find a guy who's interested after knowing that, it means he's probably not leading you on.'

"I... think I might have lost that edge now," said Anna. ------------ 'Oh nonononono! Well... Yeah, it probably will. As long as I don't act like either of them! "Yeah, I suppose you're right," replied Skye. -------------- Melody half laughed, half shuddered. 'Okay, normal thoughts it is then!' -------------- "Yeah, I know it's crazy, but these things seem to keep happening in this area.... What's that? Tomorrow? I'm not sure if... Very well sir, I'll try and keep things under control until then." Ziona switched off her radio.

"Glen, stop lying down and give me a hand" said Ziona as she swapped from wide beam to single shots, continuing to fire. (ooc: And that's me back to work now, sorry to leave you in the lurch!)

'Either that or you whip up a thought blocker in the next few hours. Or we lead line our bedroom walls!' ---------------- "So much for the warning shot!" muttered Ziona. This time she aimed at the whole group, hoping to catch them all in the stun blast. Ziona fired.

'That's a risk both of us have to take!' ---------------- "Well, that certainly didn't help diplomacy," Ziona muttered as the newcomer started attack. "Wide beam stun setting," she murmured to herself, as she altered the settings on her weapon, aimed at the ground, and fired.

'If I fall asleep and you're still awake, you'll be able to tell me' thought Melody amused at the idea.

Both Skye and Anna laughed. "I'm surprised you haven't run away screaming yet!" Skye joked to the younger Red. -------------- 'I might be wrong. I just might not be remembering them. Or maybe it's simply that dreams don't dream,' thought Melody --------------- Ziona sighed and pulled out her badge. "Officer Ziona Fox of the Zone Cops. You are outside your allotted Zone/Time, which brings the matter here into our jurisdiction."
