"H-huh? What do you mean?" asked Stacey confused.

Wow!  They're all really good Shinomi!

"Good!" said Stacey crossing his arms.

"Then don't order me around like that!" Stacey growled.

"HEY!  Don't order me around!  I'm not some Raiju lackey!" said Stacey angrily. 

"I dunno!" said Stacey, looking a bit irritated.

(Yeah, but Stacey wants them all to be friends!) "It's not nothing!" said Stacey huffily.

"Oh," said Stacey, ears drooping more, feeling Sarah didn't trust him.

"You are!  You keep muttering to yourself!" said Stacey.  "What's wrong?"

"Something's wrong Sarah!  You're acting funny!" said Stacey worried. The voice just chuckled.

"What was that?" asked Stacey while the voice just laughed.

"Tell them or I make you a bat," teased the voice. "The pool was an accident!" said Stacey.

"No you won't" said the voice. "It's usually... more controllable than that..." said Stacey.

"Isn't your friend like some fused reincarnation and fox kid?  How would YOU sound insane next to that?" said the voice.   "I guess that's magic..." said Stacey

"Ho can a swimming pool just leave?" wondered Stacey. "You could tell them the truth?" suggested the voice.

"Huh? What do you mean?" asked Stacey surprised.

Stacey hugged back.  "We go to the pool and fix it!" he said.

Stacey looked down, ears drooping.   'Why can;t she even smile....?' he wondered to himself sadly.

"It's... it's nice Sarah," said Stacey choosing to smile.

Stacey wasn;t sure to be happy that Sarah wanted to be friends, or disappointed that she didn't seem fond of the idea.

Stacey started to smile.  "Really?"

"Don't you... want to be friends?" he asked slowly. -------------- "Oh, sorry Sis," said Zoe flying down and picking up Fenn. --------- "Aside from the handsome snake opposite me?" winked Ziona.

"S-sarah?" asked Stacey quietly.

"Because I want to be friends," said Stacey.

"What do you mean 'why'?" asked Stacey confused.
