Ziona nodded. "Good idea, but I would advise avoiding tazers. Miles has some kinda spell to make them backfire. Rouge took the brunt of it last time."

"It's at the hut. Y'know, the one we still have a bit of work still to do on," replied Skye. ---------- "Maybe I'll get a chance to meet him someday," said Melody

"Wow, that's a useful skill," muttered Anna. "Okay, so I'm watching a guy sleep and need to wake him if this start going a little weird."

"Well, I can think of one little occasion," said Skye. ---------- "I don't think I ever met him," replied Melody.

"There's still so much we don't know about each other," said Skye thoughtfully. ------------- "Wow, a Zone fully made of bacon..." murmured Melody, staring off into the middle distance. -------------- "That would be handy. And any other resources they can spare. I know it sounds unlikely, but if there is any chance that he and Hope are somehow working together..." Ziona left the sentence unfinished.

Ziona glanced back towards the other. "Darn it," she hissed. "I thought he might try something in No-Zone Jail, but nothing that crazy. We can't tell Anna. Not until we know for certain what happened to Miles. I think she still worries about him, and with how far she's come the past few days, telling her that he might be dead or might be after her...." Ziona shook her head. "We should warn her parents though. And I think she said something about car shopping with Crowley, so if we warn him to, it should help keep her safe."

"And that keeps things interesting!" said Skye with a grin, stroking Tikal's cheek. ------------- "Don't worry. I only have bacon for breakfast," Melody replied. "I'm in control of my vice!"

Melody swallowed. "Was it really that obvious?" she joked.

"Mmmhmm!" replied Melody happily with a mouth full of bacon, nodding her head vigorously.

"I was just guessing.... It sounds a little surprising coming from you though," Skye replied. ------------ Melody happily began tucking into her bacon.

"Thanks Spark," said Anna stepping into the room.

Skye blinked. "Uh.... wouldn't that be horrible with it sticking to all my fur?" ----------------- Melody gave a affirmative mumble and took the tray. "'fanks!" she mumbled happily.

"Sure thing I guess. As long as you're not putting yourself at risk," said Anna

"Maybe..." teased Skye, think back to the wrap box of chocolates siting on the small coffee table in the hut. ------------- Anna glanced at the door. "I think she's about to Glen." Anna stood up to get the door, but Melody was already there. "Bacon?" Ziona caught the motion from Zamy and headed over. "What's up?" she asked.

"I've a little surprises for you," said Skye, also kinda sleepily. ---------- "Mmph," Melody said to Glen. "Doing well, thank's Glen," replied Anna.

"It could work, but it might be risky," said Anna. "Is there any way I can help?"

Skye opened his eye's slowly. "Good morning," he mumbled to Tikal. ------------ Melody nodded. 'Yeah. Nothing like bacon to wake up to...' "Hi Glen," said Anna. Ziona glanced towards him. "That was sooner than I expected." ------------ "That's Prime Zoner's for you," said Miles in relation to Shadow. "And yes, I would have agreed with time travel until a few days ago."

'Still not fair,' moaned Melody in her head. ------------ "Let's see..." said Miles as he zoomed out slightly. "The bat next to Shadow is Rouge, they've probably got a thing going for each other. The fox there is an ineffectual zone cop who'd rather whine than take action. The porcupine.... His name is Dylan, but I don't know much aside from that, but I owe that jerk back. The echidna there is called Locke, a former Guardian and professional busy-body. I've no idea who the person next to Mina is. As for the other bat and mongoose..." Miles sighed and shut his eyes. "They're from the future."

Anna glanced between Red and Spark. "Can you call them? I think Spark might need to talk," said Anna to Red. She turned back to Spark. "So you were sent a message in your dream? What was the message?"

Melody raised her head to look Hope in the eye. 'You cruel little...' she thought, though in a joking tone. "Do you think this dream was real, or just a metaphor?" asked Anna. "Hi everyone," said Ziona as she arrived. "How'd the morning looking?" ------------- "I doubt they will talk much. So we'll need to listen to the banality from everyone else to find out what they're planning," replied Miles.

Skye started to stir again. ------------- "Me? Try cooking.... I think room service would be a lot safer. I don't want to start another kitchen fire... though that was a few months ago." She turned to Spark. "So, what to you want to say?" 'Where? Where?' thought Melody, sniffing the air. -------------- "I think an early night sound like a good plan," said Ziona as she gave Glen a quick kiss. "I'll see you outside," she said as she entered the main room. --------------- "There, I think I've got it!" said Miles. The sound started to come through, though the reception wasn't great.

Anna glanced at Melody. "Is Skye gonna be up soon? Melody needs her bacon hit to wake up!" 'Anything with 'am' in the time is early!' thought Melody. 'Did someone say bacon?' ---------------- "Good boy," Ziona laughed as she left the bed and pulled on our dressing gown. "A completely uneventful day yesterday. Think we can make two in a row?" she asked Glen. ---------------- "Should just take a few minutes," said Miles. He scratched at his neck where Hope had jabbed him with the needle a few days ago. It might have been his imagination, but he was sure the area had a slight burning sensation to it.

"Morning Mom. Morning Dad," said Anna with a happy wave. Melody murmured a sleepy 'morning' on autopilot. ----------- "Sorry Glen, but duty calls," said Ziona, playing with the back of Glen's neck.

"Yikes, okay. Just take it easy then," said Anna. She headed over the the kitchen and returned with a glass of orange juice that she handed to Spark. "You wanna talk about it?" she asked.

"You've been asleep for over a day?" asked Anna surprised. "Or were you meaning since we went to the aquarium yesterday?"
