Anna nodded. "Thank you," she said, her voice shaking slightly. She looked around and saw Hope talking to Shadow. "Hope, if you see Melody before I do, can you hand her this book and tell her I'll be there soon to read it to her?" she asked, holding out the fairy tale book.

"Is... are you keeping Miles here," asked Anna looking around. "Could I talk with him... alone?"

Skye began squeezing tightly on one of his tails, not easy given the cramped location he was in. "I want to stop this, but I don't know how. I just can't let it go," he said in a tearful voice. ----------- Anna turned a corner and realized she had become lost again. Shrugging, she moved on when she heard voice ahead. ----------- Ziona was about to reply when she saw Anna appear. "I'm not sure this is the best place for you," she said.

I think there's a clip of him shooting some laser blasts in there, so it looks likely!

"Who else should I blame. Especially when it's my hands that have cause them." ------------- Anna left the library, trying to find her way back. ------------- "But I doubt they'll be the one who can control this formula," said Ziona.

"Here we go," send Anna pulling out a volume and flicking though it. "These stories seem good." ------------- "You were jumping to conclusions a bit there Glen. Zones are often very different," said Ziona

"But it is my fault. Everything is my fault," said Skye. ---------------- "Hmm, fiction, fiction... Wait, no... something younger. I don't think I'd have told her many stories when she was younger. Maybe just some simple fairy tales," mused Anna. ---------------- "I didn't mean like that," said Ziona, sounding apologetic.

"Stop trying to blame yourself. It's not fair," whined Skye. ------------ "Finally!" exclaimed Anna as she reached the library. "Now, is there a book here Melody would like. Hmmm, what kind of story would she like..." ------------ "I don't think you can sit in judgement of them Glen," Ziona replied.

"It was under my control. I should have stopped myself. I didn't, and look what happened," replied Skye. -------------- "I don't think GUN is as messed up here Glen," said Ziona flatly. (ooc: I had Miles say his goodbye. And isn't Hugo Bass a mindless legionnaire now?)

(ooc: Have Anna talk to who?) "You didn't know the lengths I'd go to. You didn't know I'd use my Syphon Station. You didn't know I'd... attack... M-mom and M-melody..." said Skye.

"That's probably a good idea," said Ziona. (ooc: Uh, Locke... Could you use that de-magic-y thingy on Miles before he gets picked up)

"No Dad. You stopped me. It wasn't your fault," said Skye quietly from under the bed. ---------- "Wake up Mom, we're waiting for you," said Melody. ---------- "I thought Melody said something about a library," said Anna, wandering through Haven slightly lost. --------- "I'm very temped to agree with you Glen," said Ziona

"I can't, not after what I've done," said Skye. He slid off the bed and scrambled underneath it. ----------- "I'll go find a book to read, alright?" said Anna. Melody nodded, and lay back, breathing heavily. Even the effort of sitting up felt tiring now. See look to the other bed, wondering if Red was awake yet. Anna left the infirmary and started heading in the direction of the quarters. ----------- Ziona also gave Glen a questioning look, wondering what he was meaning.

"I think Glen said people from their own side were on their way. They should be able to deal with the surviving guards," said Ziona.

"Go way," murmured Skye, his voice shaking. ----------- "Okay, I'll try and rest," said Melody. Anna nodded and got up to go, but Melody caught her hand. "Anna, this... might sound a little silly but... well, as Mom can't do it, could you tell me a story? Otherwise I'll just go crazy lying here," asked Melody "Of course I will, I'm your big sister after all," said Anna, causing melody to smile. ------------- "I guess we should start charging rent on her cell then," said Ziona.

"You're probably right. I'm just worried there might be more beyond that," said Ziona.

"What can I do? I wanna say I sorry, but I can't stand to see any of them after what I've done. Not even Dad or Tikal. Maybe I should just lock myself away," said Skye quietly to himself. ----------- The two girls continued to hold onto each other, but Anna looked towards Sabre. "Sabre? Do you... Is there.... Information on teaching... people to walk...? I'd like... to help Melody from the start."

Skye remained in his room on the bed, lost in his own thoughts. ------------- "You can ride a wheelchair like that?" asked Melody with a hint of excitement. "If anyone could, it'd be you Sis," laughed Anna. "And look, once you get back on your feet, are walking again and are ready to being running, I'll... uh.. I'll help you train, okay. And I'll do it properly this time." Melody started to tear up happily and, pushing herself up, hugged her sister. "Thank's Anna. You've no idea what that means to me," she said. "I think I might," Anna replied.

"Then what does your gut say? Given everyone involved, I suspect it's on the right track."

Ziona glanced between the two. Then walked over to Hope K. "Sorry to interrupt," she said quietly so Hope R couldn't overhear, "but do you have any idea what that formula the other Hope gave to you does? Or could you work it out?"

(ooc: I think everyone except for Spark and Knux's characters are in have right now. Oh, and Tikal is also elsewhere) 'How can I possibly show my face again after what I did?' Skye thought to himself. --------------- "Never.... Run.... Again....?" Melody seemed horrified. "I'll be good," she whispered. Anna took ahold of her and and squeezed it. "Don't worry. You will be able to run again." ------------- "Hmm, so do you care to tell us what you done to yourself?" Ziona asked Hope.

Skye stumbled to his bed a lay on it, clutching his head. He was too upset to even cry. ----------- "Wheelchair? You've gotta be joking, right?" She fell back on the bed. "I gotta get outta here. I can't stay here. I'll go crazy." ----------- "Sounds like the Black Arms were a lot weaker in your Zone," said Ziona, still observing Hope.

I commented on the re-designs in the actual cartoon topic, but as far as this game goes.... Multi-playable characters again???? OH YES! YES!!! Though, as always I'll lower my expectations so I'm not disappointed if the game does turn out to be awful.

So, uh.... I guess I'm in the minority here, but I kinda like the redesigns. Well, ok, except for Knuckle's one. And I'm not sold on Eggman. Amy and Sonic are both alright, I kinda like the scarf. And Tails with goggles and tool belt? Hell yes! I'm guessing that because all the characters seem to have that bandage thing going on, that there might actually be a reason for it. Maybe some kinda friction reducing substance to allow for superspeeds without damage? As for the voice actors, well, I have to agree with NegaMetallix about Sonic.

Skye shook his head. "I just want to be alone now." ---------- "W-w-what did you say?" exclaimed Melody, trying to sit bolt upright but not quite managing. --------- "I'm not resting till those two are dealt with. And Zamy's right, there's certainly more to it than that."
