"You... you could have come up with a name that wasn't a label of where I came from," sobbed the younger Melody. 'I... I know, you know. But having it paraded on front of me like that," thought Melody to Hope. "Maybe, I should leave. I seem to be the cause of all of this," said the older Melody. -------------- "It's just difficult to be sure when magic is involved," replied Miles. -------------- "Well, maybe I'll let you have a little snack," said Ziona moving in closer.

*Dust self off, gives tails a brush down* I think so yeah. Uh, does anyone regonise this place? *jumps a little when Fluffy grabs his tail. Takes ahold of the other one* I'm sure it just n-not as scary as it l-look. (ooc: ... what have I done?)

*gets pulled through the portal by Fluffly* (ooc: Erm, I have no idea. Uh, what if we ended up in Seviper's world? *shrugs*)

The younger Melody looked at Locke with a horrified expression. “How you got me out?” Her horrified look turned into a look of anger as tears began rolling down her face. “Don’t you see? DON’T YOU SEE!” screamed the younger Melody, causing Skye to clutch his ears in pain. “You’re my Dad, and even you are trying to give me a name that says ‘I’m just a clone brought out of someone’s memories.’ I’d be as well to wear a sign around my neck saying ‘Inferior Copy’. This is why I need to be different Dad. A different name isn’t enough. Even YOU can’t truly think of me as unique anymore.” The older one had been about to respond to Dylan when the younger began screaming. ------------- “But won’t that spoil your appetite for later?” teased Ziona.

I hate to say it, but I'm not sure if the mods will. A shame, it's a nice diorama. 10

"Well, yeah, of course we are. But why 'Memody'? What does it mean?" Melody had an idea, her voice was shaking slightly. The older Melody gave a little start when they discussed bring her into the family. ------------ "Oh I would hope so Glen," said Ziona.
-
The older Melody was a little surprised at being ignored by Locke, especially after Skye had been so enthusiastic about his adoptive father. The younger Melody looked at Locke surprise. "But wouldn't you and Mom having an actual child be special? I need to be special. I need to be unique. I can't be if there is someone almost identical to me running around. I'll just be considered a copy by everyone, or at best, the almost identical little sister. I can't live with that. I have to be as different as poss..." the younger Melody paused then looked hard at Locke. "Wait. What did you call me?" -------------- "I hope so. I'm not getting any more actual memories back but more... ideas and concepts," said Miles. -------------- "Wouldn't that hurt your jaw?" laughed Ziona.
-
"Not yet. And I still need to meet their adoptive parents too," said the older Melody. ---------- Skye nodded and headed to Melody's room. "Hi Melody, I've got Dad," said Skye. "What about Mom.? I want to tell them both together," said the younger Melody. "Er, actually I already told Dad," said Skye a little awkwardly. "Sky-ye! I wanted it to be special when I told them," complained the younger Melody. The older Melody looked at Locke. "Er, Hello. Nice to meet you. You must be Skye, Anna's and Melody's adoptive Father." ---------- "That is really sweet of you Glen, but I don't want you to stress yourself over me," said Ziona
-
"I will," the older Melody replied. "But I still need to meet some of them!"
-
"The two Melody's are in her bedroom, you, me and Anna are here. That just leaves Mom in the infirmary," said Skye. "Let's go," he said, walking out. -------------- "Yeah, it will come along with big flashing neon signs!" said Melody -------------- "I think so, but I..." Miles shook his head. "I can't remember what it was." ------------- "Nothing will happen to me Glen, don't you worry," said Ziona kindly.
-
"After everything we seen, c'mon, there is no way something that big is gonna be sneaky!" ------------- "I think there was also something to do with duck, but I'm not sure," said Miles, straining himself trying to think back.
-
"Well, the world ending is likely to be something you'd notice!" joked Melody. -------------- "Actually, it might sound a little silly, but what I want to do is just go for a nice walk. It's... I think it was something I used to do with my parents," said Miles/
-
"So the world isn't ending yet?" laughed Melody. -------- "I.. uh... would like to do some more stuff with you, if that's alright?" said Miles.
-
"No. But we Mongooses do heal pretty fast," replied Melody. "That does sound like a fun idea," said the older Melody. ------------- "I know," said Miles smiling, "It just would have been nice to have ended with a strike."
-
"Maybe. I don't know how long it will take to make this new body," said Melody. "Yeah. I did always want a sister. It will be interesting getting to know them," said the older Melody. ---------- Miles sighed. "I suppose ending on a high note only happens in stories."
-
"Even though he has another two sisters now?" asked Melody
-
Makes me sound like some kinda summon. Hmm, Seviper again?

A very happy birthday for when Gemini Man reads this! 74

"Unimaginably so," said Melody. "If he even needs me anymore," said the older Melody quietly. ----------- "Okay, calm down. Concentrate," said Miles to himself before throwing the ball. For a moment it looked like it might knock all the pins down, but two were left standing.
-
"We've come through everything else fine so far. Except for some headaches!" said Melody. "I can't imagine Skye being like that. He was such a shy little boy," said the older Melody, sounding a little regretful. -------------- "That;s my plan," said Miles. "Last turn now, better make it count," he said, only first his first ball to go off the side again.
-
"He gets that badly distracted by her?" asked older Melody.
-
Hi there. What about Seviper?

"As longs as it doesn't become so 'interesting' you don't want to come back." "But I wouldn't have expected gathering to take this long," said the older Melody. ------------ "Combing it down usually works," said Miles, giving up on just patting it, "but I was too hungry to bother with that. It's just a bit embarrassing the way it sticks up in the same way as my Prime counterpart."
