Skye Prower

"Imagine a world where Eggman is the only force for good, but almost powerless, and where the freedom fighters are tyrants.  And anarchy reigns," said Skye. ----------- "I dunno.  Maybe Skye and Miles could help...." said Stacey. "Probably because I've spent so long in your head," said the voice.

"Okay, just tell us when you feel the story is getting boring," said Skye, setting the autopilot and turning around in his chair.  "My Sister's and I, we're from a different Zone.  One where good and evil is twisted.  Our parents had seized the throne, and married.  Maybe they loved each other at first, but after years of plots, schemes and assassination attempts, that had faded away." ----------- "More magic power," said Stacey. "Because nothing is in it for me," said the Voice.  "Or him."

"I'm not giving up!  I just... need help," said Stacey. "I can, but why should I?" asked the Voice. ----------- "It's alright," said Skye before Harmony could respond.  "You know so much now, we could tell you the whole thing to save you worrying about questions?" he offered.

Harmony seemed more unsettled than Skye, but she still answered. "They.... I... was mortally injured... after mother tricked me into fighting Skye.  She had me saved, rebuilt by cybernetics.  But she put something in my brain, to control me."

"I... can't.  Whatever changed me is too powerful," said Stacey. ----------- "My mother and father weren't exactly parents of the year," said Skye.  "But better than what they did to my sister." Harmony looked down at her feet.

Stacey looked hurt. --------- "Er... I didn't.  It was a side effect of the portal my mother used to banish me," said Skye.

"Then... who were you talking to?" asked Stacey. ----------- "Metaphorically speaking," said Skye.  "It's a little complicated, and it involves...er... time travel.."

"It's fine, I've made peace with my demons," said Skye. "Like becoming best friends with one," said Harmony.   "That's... different... We were both saved..." replied Skye. ----------- "Because.. uh... you're upset and.... you sound sick," said Stacey

"I... wanted to find you..." said Stacey, feeling unsure.

"No.... no it's okay," said Skye.  "It's in the past now... If.. you want to know I can tell you<" he offered.

"Uh... I meant just me!" said Stacey coming out. --------- Skye tensed a little.  "I had... a forceful teacher... and then I had to learn to survive."

"Not that long, we're not far away.  Less than half an hour," said Skye. --------- "Not what?" asked the voice. Stacey gulped.  "We've been spotted."

"We have to do something!" said Stacey. "Respect?  Big words from a heatless bully," said the voice. -------- "It's okay!" grinned Skye.  "We do too!" he winked. --------- "Something without kids messing iot up!" said Ziona.

Ziona started to laugh. ------- "Yes!" smiled Skye as the hanger doors opened. "What are you waiting for, get going already!" called Hamrony as she jumped abord. "Got it!" Skye's smile became a grin as he took off. ---------- "What should we do>" asked Stacey. "Why not?  Aren;t you always mean to him?" asked the Voice.

Skye slipped into the pilots seat and powered up the jet.  "Here comes Harmony now!" he said pointing. ------------ "What do you think is wrong with her?" wondered Stacey. "Why would I do that?  Wouldn't you prefer ordering him around?" siad the Voice.

"Let's get aboard the plane. Knowing her she won;t be long," said Skye as he opened a hatch into the jet. ------------- "Not true?  I heard you say he wasn;t a Raiju anymore," said the Voice. ------------ Ziona started to smirk.  "You;ve got a point!"

"Why not?  It's true.  Not that you'd care now he's inferior to you," said the Voice. "Who is she talking about?" wondered Stacey

Stacey started looking upset. "Then the little brat would have known there was a lot of magic inside you and not cast the spell," said the voice.

"Is she talking to herself?" asked Stacey quietly as he could to Dominic. "It would have stopped this happening!" said the Voice.

"Only if I had done something to you," said the voice.  "Why didn't YOU tell him about me?" --------- "What's so funny?" asked Ziona.

"My fault?  How is it my fault?" asked the voice Stacey started to look a little worried. --------------- "Yeah!  We.. 'borrowed' it from Eggman, and the little prodigy at GUN got it working again.

Stacey glanced in, a slight look of surprise on his face.  His ears pricked up as he tried to hear what Sarah was saying. --------- Ziona laughed.  "Maybe that's not a bad idea.  We do have some sorta dream machine to get ourselves some proper time away!"

Stacey moved closer to the garden. --------- "Er.... because we sometimes need a jet!" said Skye a little surprised at the question. (Because timezones.  It's late evening here.)

"Okay, let's try!" said Stacey. 

"Are you sure?" asked Stacey
