"So we just kinda got dropped on you," laughed Harmony. "I'm... glad you don't mind." ---------------- "You only need to ask," whispered Ziona.

"You didn't feel different before, pointed out Skye as he helped Miles out. "True. You realize, you haven't apologized yet," pointed out Miles. Skye looked down at his feet. "I-I'm sorry Miles. I didn't mean to... to twist you like that... but... I wasn't really t-thinking at t-the time..." Skye was clearly upset. A sly smile creeped across Miles' face. "Why don't we return to the others?" suggested Miles. Skye nodded and headed out. Miles followed shortly after, but not before taking a small amulet from one of the benches in the lab.

Skye kneeled next to his friend. "Miles?" he asked. Miles rubbed his head and opened his eyes. "I don't feel any different."

It f-feel's like I-I've been h-here for y-years.

Miles lay down in the circle, a tear falling from his eye. Skye shut his eyes and began incanting. It didn't take long. After a few seconds smoke like light began eminating from Miles body and evaporating. Then they stopped. Skye stopped chanting and, with a groan, Miles pushed himself into a sitting position.

I-it's hard t-to believe t-this is coming t-to an e-end.

Skye headed into the basement lab and made a few quick alterations to the magic circle. "Okay Miles, lie down in the center." "Lie down?" asked Miles "You don't need to, but you'll likely end up lying down by the end of it, so..."

Miles hugged Zamy back. "If I don't, I know you'll drag me back," said Miles. "It might be useful if something..." Skye glanced at Miles, "..goes wrong."

"We... should head down to my lab first," said Skye. "It'll be safer doing it there." He quickly made his down into the basement. "In case something goes wrong, uh, goodbye Zamy," said Miles.

"I just said I should maybe test myself to see if there's something," said Skye.

"Agreed," said Skye as he finished covering the hole. "Right. Let's hide."

"Maybe I should look for the same thing," muttered Skye.

"I hope not. I don't want to do anything that would hurt you," said Miles, slowly getting to his feet. "Skye, let's get this over with." Skye gulped and nodded.

"Hi Sp...." Anna's voice broke off as Spark collapsed. She hurried over to him, leaving Melody. "Spark, are you alright?" Anna asked with a panicked tone. "Get him to the infirmary," said Melody urgently. "But what about..." started Anna. "Don't worry about pushing me around. Just help him," said Melody. Anna nodded and headed off with Spark, leaving Melody alone.

I-it's time to g-go home Ruby.

"I think we'll all managed to fit," said Skye as he looked at the bushes, then started covering the top of the hole. ------------ "Aww, thanks," said Kimi blushing again. "But you don't cowering with fear like that," she joked.

Our little genius is doing great Fluffy. Are w-we all here?

Harmony smiled, then paused. "Why did you adopt all of us?" she asked. -------------- "I feel as if, for now, I've cast off all my worries," said Ziona.

Nope, but doesn't mean that some else swapped gloves or something. It is rather plain

Miles managed to smile. "Thank's Zamy. I... I hope I won't push you. Or the rest of you," he said, turning to Dylan. "I still find it hard to believe how much you're supporting me." "Are you sure you want me to remove it Miles," asked Skye. "No. But I'd rather that than... knowing I've been warped," said Miles. He looked up at Skye. "But how did you end up so... so.. well, good."

"I'm not... it's someone else... who am I?" Miles legs buckled and he fell to his knees, trying to hold in tears. He turned to Zamy. "Do you really think you can cope with me? Even if I do go back to who I was?"

"Let's hope this works<" said Skye, looking for a place to hide. ------------ Kimi gave a mock evil laugh! "Nothing can stop me now," she exclaimed, before breaking down into giggles.
