Ziona did her best to keep a straight face as she headed inside. ---------- The glow faded as both kids were returned to their normal forms.
-
Ziona turned to look to Seviper. ------------- Stacey was watching the light fascinated, but had to shield his eyes too as it became almost blinding.
-
"She was? That doesn't sound good," said Ziona. "We better go see!" ---------- The glow spread until it covered both children
-
"She is? How?" asked Ziona sounding concerned. ------------ Stacey blushed a little bit, then gasped as Sarah started glowing. "Don't let go," said the Voice
-
"Really? I see," said Ziona --------- "O-okay," said Stacey holding ou his hand
-
"You did? Well done, where is she?" asked Ziona. --------- "It did? Oh..er..." Stacey looked a little nervous.
-
Ziona stood up as Mark approached. --------- "Excellent. Just take Stacey's hand," said the Voice.
-
"Nice one," grinned Skye dropping the shield and catching his breath. "Everyone into the jet!" he called.
-
Ziona sighed. "Looks like reality is gonna come crashing down on us once again."
-
"I can do that, yep!" grinned Skye, trying not to show how much of a drain it was. ------------ Ziona grinned. "Oh I think I can.... wait... did you hear that?" Her grin faded.
-
"I can see!" grinned Skye taking out the legs of another Legionnaire. A small group formed up and aimed at the two sword wielder, opening fire. Skye was barely able to react, reforming his sword into a fiery large shield to block their fire. "I'm kinda stuck now!" he called out as he struggled to keep the shield up under the suppressing fire.
-
"Wow, you're good!" commented Skye as his fire blade sliced through the cybernetics of his opponent. Near the back of the fight a couple more Legionnaires fell as Harmony struck.
-
Skye burst of of cover as well, spinning his tails for extra momentum as he charged the DEL. Harmony however was more sneaky, moving steadily around the DEL to attack from behind.
-
"Nope, I'm pretty sure they're not," teased Harmony. "Okay. On three. 1..... 2.... .3!"
-
"You're going to do it?" asked the Voice. ----------- "You sure?" asked Skye.
-
Stacey looked down. ---------- "I... I could wait with her," offered Harmony, though it was clear she wanted to join the attack.
-
Stacey started to smile. ------------ "You believe what you want," shrugged Skye. "Everyone ready to move?
-
"Really?" asked Stacey glancing back. ------------- "It's magic," said Skye. "And I'm not showing off? Would you rather I went into battle naked?"
-
"That you won;t help change me back," said Stacey. -------- "Great! They won;t know what hit them," grinned Harmony as she drew a hidden dagger with a faintly glowing blade. "I thought Ziona took that away from you," said Skye as he held out his hand, fire forming from it into the shape of a sword. "Er... special circumstances.." said Harmony a little sheepishly.
-
"How many are there?" asked Skye "We can take them," grinned Harmony. "Can you guys fight?" ---------- Stacey sighed and turned away. "Fine!" he snapped.
-
"When I'm asked to do so without being yelled at," replied Skye. "Like Tirade just did." "You're lucky you didn't meet us a month ago, or I'd just let you drop," smiled Harmony,
-
"That's quite a story. You're lucky to have made it out mostly unharmed. But why is your brother so hostile?" Skye asked. ---------- "What is it? What is so bad?" asked Stacey.
-
"O-okay..." said Stacey
-
"You... will?" asked Stacey, wondering what it could be. ----------- "Despite seeing food in the stars?" asked Ziona.
-
"But... I don't wanna be stuck like this!" said Stacey. "And you don't wanna be a bat!" ------------ "What happened to get it in that shape?" asked Skye.
