"I don't care," said Kimi stubbornly. "I'm gonna help Max, and everyone else who waits to free their pokemon with erasing their memories."

Ziona crossed her arms huffily. "Are you really sure Dylan? Really really sure?" ---------------- "Yeah, maybe you're right. It's a shame, but everyone would want it," sighed Melody.

"You... didn't take them," said Kimi upset. She looked at the sleeping Max, "I'm going to try and get back in there, and find some way to fix pokeballs so memories aren't lots," she said with sudden determination.

"That's cause he had bits of Skye in his head," said Ziona. "When he took those out he started being a jerk again." Miles was surprised at how Dylan was leaping to his defence like that. He started to wonder if there was something he could do for him beyond just getting him back to normal. ----------------- "Yeah, you'd be great at it. If you don't get that immortality serum to work, then you wouldn't get old!" pointed out Melody

"If he wants to be a good guy why does he keep acting like a jerk," pointed out Ziona. Below, Miles winced. "Though, he's not a jerk to you... Maybe you can help." -------------- "Of course I do. I wouldn't say it otherwise. I normally find it really hard to even understand how any tech works<" said Melody.

Melody listened intently, taking it all in. "You're a great teacher Hope," said Melody with a smile.

"It's okay," said Melody, composing herself. "I've already talked it all over with Hope." She looked at her friend. "Shall we go back to the bug?" she asked, picking up a screwdriver again.

"But you... uh, nevermind..." said Ziona, gulping slightly. She'd taken a moment to recall that the three of them weren't kids. "I'm surprised he does like you. After all he got his bay guy brain back this morning."

"You have NO idea," said Melody quietly. He muttering brought the morning events back to her mind and she struggled not to cry on front of Shadow.

Miles felt a little upset. 'That boring? So he finds me mostly boring?' "He used to be a bad guy trying to take over the world! That really isn't boring!" laughed Ziona. Hearing that made Miles feel a stab of guilt, which he really wasn't expecting. 'I can't blame Skye for that this time' he thought to himself. -------------- "That... sounds really odd..." pondered Melody. "Especially how this orb appears."

"Yeah. As long as it's something that isn't grown-up!" said Ziona. "I won't be fun if he likes something boring." Miles blinked, and started trying to thinking of something that would fall into that category, not wanting to disappoint Dylan. ------------- "You're probably right," said Melody. "And there was nothing at all else in that temple?"

"I guess trap makers were more skilled in this zone then," laughed Melody, giving the orb a last poke. "Okay Shadow. If you're sure. Though there are a shortage of friendly magic users. And one is out of action... Maybe... You might be able to get hi to concentrate. If you promised him a new toy or something."

"I know," said Kimi, pulling out the pokeball. "I just wish there was someway to do this without losing his memories." Then she looked hard at Dylan. "Those... those papers you took from the Professor's. Maybe they have a way."

"Do you really except centuries old traps to still work? You watch too many movies," said Melody as he put the orb back down on the desk. "I could possibly do more, but it may be risky from this point."

"How can we get him to loosen up then?" wondered Ziona. "Is there something he likes doing?" Miles meanwhile was sitting at the base of the tree. He didn't want to say anything, but he could hear everything the kids were saying. ------------------ "A medal? She needs a lot more than that. Really, once Skye and the rest are back to normal I really think we should do something special for her." Melody paused and gulped. "I... I can't tell what's in here, but it's powerful. Very powerful. And it... it might be more than just energy. Maybe alive."

"Knowing Ziona, I think she'll have fun. But yeah, it is a strain for Zamy. I feel really sorry for her, but she's still pushing on," said Melody as she cast the spell. (ooc: you'll need to let me know what, if anything, the spell tells melody Shadow.)

"Yeah. Skye accidently enchanted a swimming pool. And then He, Dylan and Ziona fell in and came out different species and about 7 or 8 years old," said Melody as she poked the spear, then started to cast a small spell to detect any magic, and what kind of magic was present.

"Which is funny. He's only a few years above us and he tried to act way, way older. He should try to act more kiddy." Ziona then giggled. "Maybe we should push him into the pool too!" ------------- "So, magic then?" asked Melody. "I could have a look at it. I would suggest Skye but he is rather kiddified right now. And I don't think it would be good to tempt Miles with something like this."

"Yeah, that'd be really great. A place for us all to go," then she grinned slyly. "That means Uncle Miles won't be able to join you though." ------------- Melody laughed. "I think thats..." then she jumped a little as Shadow appeared. "Hi Shadow," she said cheerfully, then looked at the orb curiously. "What's that thing?"

"Yeah, we're finding lots of new things to do that are fun," said Ziona. "Hey! We can all get up really high. We should make an awesome treehouse!" -------------- "I'm finding this easier than I thought," said Melody.

"Yeah, but you can turn invisible. Maybe you two should have a proper race. I think I'm a lot slower on my feet now," said Ziona, then she paused and thought about Dylan's question. "No... more they BOTH seem the right way up, if that makes sense. This does seem more comfy for..." she burst into giggles, "hanging around."

"He doesn't know better," said Kimi sadly. "And he's still influenced by the pokeball. If I don't break it, he'll never be right. If I do, he'll forget everything."

"Actually, I kinda feel like I'm the right way up," said Ziona. "I think you can climb better than Skye can now!" --------- "Then you're doing better than Melody," said Anna.

"So... stuff goes in there, through the board, and out there," asked Melody, poking with her screwdriver for emphasis.

"Yesh, I am..." Ziona sounded surprised as if she hadn't quite realised what she was doing. ------------ "Okay, following you so far," said Melody, as she picked up a small screwdriver and started poking at it curiously as if it was a living bug. ------------- "I though, y'know, breaking up with someone you loved would be upsetting," said Anna to Tikal. "But if you're fine with it." Anna stood up and shrugged
