There is a fair use law on it. Which I think the gist is as long as you transform the clip into something new, usually with commentary or something then it's fine I haven't fully looked into it though. But fair use is where you need to look for this sort of thing

Well I think we had suggested a bit ago to have like a video game character select thing to show who's playing In theory I could probably make that in Flash but it would take a bit of time
