I like the cover. It's interesting. As for Sally's redesign, it's not too bad. I mean, they could've done worse. Antoine and Rotor's redesigns are definitely worse than Sally's

Either way the events seem a little similar. Just Shadow (hopefully) remembers who he is I wonder if the Black Arms helped create Shadow in the comics. I don't think it's true but who knows? As far as I know they don't specifically say
