Dylan shook his head "I would still be a chameleon. And I would still act the way I am. And..." He paused, turning visible again revealing a tear going across his face. "I would still see myself like this. No. It has to be real"

"I keep seeing me" Dylan said. He was staring at the overturned paper he had been drawing on

"Present" Dylan said sounding sad. He was still sitting in his place

Dylan continued looking at the drawing for a while. He then turned it over not wanting to look at it but his attention then turned to his hands. His blue chameleon hands. Despite hiding his drawing he could still see the way he was without wanting to. He made himself invisible

"I'm sure there were people who tried. It's the thought that counts" Dylan said trying to be reassuring

"We're no better than anyone else trying to change things" Dylan said
