If anybody wants to talk about other page to page disappointments: When Wily and Eggman make a Wily Egg, one wants to name it Death Egg III and the other Wily Flying Fortress. What I thought would be funnier if Wily wanted to make another Wily Star to play with Death Egg, you see. If they didn't go with Wily Egg, they would name their station a Death Star. Also I'm disappointed that when Light was listing their failures he didn't simply said "Gamma", since both scientists have failures named like that.

games- Marine and Mephiles. cartoons-......Oh, anybody remember, when in Sonic X Chris's uncle wanted to race Sonic, and somehow goverment convinced Eggman to help them convince Sonic to race and he build that weird kissing robot? Well I thought that robot was funny. I also like Lady NInja robot. comics - Bride of Constant Virgil. And while he appeared in 3 issues, but one story I like Xenin, Dark Legion cyborg-enforcer.

Anwser: Plot convience. Like Derobotzing Mega Man. In-Universe explanation....Nicole somehow absorbed Genesis Wave energy....casuse she's advanced computer......perhaps something about touching Naugus who was especially affected by previous Wave...and that's I can think of. Also just cause "multiverse collapsed on itself" doesnt mean that other dimensions are gone. Blaze World is still fine and I'm assuming same thing with Special Zone so... I'm asuming Eggman meant that every dimension was reeboted unlike the last time when Genesis Wave only changed Dimension Prime.

Wood man and Cut Man are random encounters. Guts Man is stolen by Wily and rebuild to be stronger. Not that I think about it do we really need all these Robot Masters in every arc? I mean they almost didnt show up for Worlds Collide, meaning they dont spend entire day working for Light. Just Imagine issues 5-8 "Time Keeps Slipping" where Mega would beat Time and Oil Men at the same time WITHOUT back-up of 6 Robots Masters that simply make it unfair fight. And imagine how much of an impact would make their dramatic rescue in issue 12, final of Mega Man 2 adapation, if readers werent already aware that these guys are definitely going to be reccuring. On unrelated mater I hope everybody know their games well, because beetwen Rock of Ages, Worlds Collide, and off-panels this comic is brutal on people who dont want any spoilers.

Actually they can be one of least interesting Robot Masters. One is dumb and strong and the other keep making puns. The same puns I might add.

It was pretty good arc. Sure a little less monotonic and more epic, than adaptations of Mega man 1 or 2. I actually saw gameplay from original game and I have to say as adaptation story works great. It takes all good parts, changes what wouldnt fit, adds a little new. Darker tone is well handled, and story works great in continuity sense. Break Man is developed, new threat is set, and Wily never get spotlight they deserve in ths comic? Also I kinda assumed that Magnet Missile explodes. So seeing Bomb Man getting hit by small magnet in face just looks unintensionally sily, like oddly timed background gag. Finally I'm getting tired of Guts Man and Cut Man. Cant Fire Man or Time Man get more page time?

I seem to remember that Flynn wasnt allowed to use Black Doom so I dont think there is real reason to every character.

To give him some credit, you try coming up with believable motivation that wont need many pages to be explained. And you cant use Black Doom.

Here are two interesting informations on two types of future Mobius: 1) King Shadow wasnt Flynn's idea. It was his editor's. he basically got orders: wrap up the story in two issues, put more action that Penders did and put in King Shadow. Flynn also gave himself order that Lara-Su must do something cool for a change. I'm not sure but I think the same editor ordered Penders to make story with Shadow and Metal in StH 146-149, explaining why its so generic - Penders never really plan on doing it, in fact thought that Bollers will write parts of it, before he quit. 2) Ken Penders based Locke's death on his father's death. Cant say if whole character was that directly inspired, but that one scene definitely was. For that reason I avoid writing anything on that one subject.

Fun fact I literally yesterday finished Yoshi Island. Lets be optimistic for a change, maybe its all build-up for real Mario and Sonic crossover one day.

I suppose from technical point of view my complains are uncalled for. After all I never even noticed them. But remember that I could. If Penders had it his way, M25YL would be canon and Sally would be dead. It one of these two things happen my complains would be more that justified. I did my research.I knot that In Your Face was meant to be canon and that it was Penders who decided that Sally should die, if fact he spoiled it almost year before it happened. And I read him proudly stating that his plan was planned all along and that turning stories uncanon was bad and all that stuff. Yes, Sega, editors and time constrain limited him, that why I give a pass to some of his stories later. Hovewer he had time to plot Endgame, plenty of it. He thought that will be last story ever published. and yet is sucked anyway. And lack of any higher forced ordering him around only would make thing worse. So keep it in mind, if Penders decides he has to end his series after lets say 14 issues*, I doubt he will do it in dignified way. *I not saying 14 issues to be spiteful, on contrary. Remeber he wil make graphic novels.

So Ken Penders always planned for Mobius 25 years later to be one and true future for the comic. Lets ignore for a second problems like killing tension, making Tails and Mina couple, stating and Knuckles will defeat Eggman and other massive problems with that. This was project that was Ken planned for very beggining, first time seen in Sonic In Your Face special and Sonic 22. Great planning and great world building, right? ... ... Then why mr Penders, tell why did you planned to kill Sally in Endgame when it was clearly stated that Nicole was meant to die in final fight with Robotnik? In fact Nicole was never even mentioned during entire story, Didnt she get damaged when Sally fall to her death? Did anyone took her out of her jacket? What was her reaction?...Nah, no one cares, we needed pointless Downunda plotpoint more, am I right?

Its finally here. Warning, small spoilers for Sonic 256. Oddly enough I got to say that off-panel is my favourite part. Aleah Baker makes really great jokes, and artwork worked perfectly . Rouge never looked more adorable.

With emphasis on those? Sure, why not. These guys are some of the worst comic has to offer. They random, pointless, and unfitting. Honestly I will more miss Monk and Hunter that these guys.
