    Looking at the photos in the gallery for sonic lost worlds, I know the level itself looks a little kiddish but Sonic has some really good detail and fading to him. They may have just went all good graphics on the characters and the world itself is purposely less detailed due to its nature? Any other excuses and they're just lazy.

    I'd have to agree with you guys on both the graphics and the gameplay. I really do hope that trailer was just in standard definition or something cause unleashed had amazing visuals and I would love to see that kind of work again. I may not be one for rotating worlds and capsule like areas but the gameplay itself does look like a lot of fun. I'm guessing they want to appeal to a younger audience or something by making the deadly six a little comical, also it's in Sonic's nature to mess around with is enemies, so him running away is understandable. Probably relishes the challenge. I'm just hoping they do it right, cause although I like a little humor, Sonic has to be serious sometimes. Gotta put things into perspective, an entire world is going to be lost from evil deeds.

    Um, it's Dessert Ruins, as in chocolate, not sand.

    The dessert was a pun on desert.....it's still a desert map. I don't know if you were being serious about those corrections or trying to be funny.

    I don't want to get my hopes up on it. Don't get me wrong it sounds like a great game, but so did sonic and the black knight. It wasn't bad but that game was strange to say the least.

    I haven't really gotten my hopes up. So far besides 06, there hasn't been a new gen game I didn't enjoy unless I haven't played it, and even 06 had it's flaws to make it reasonable as to why it was bad. (The story line still sucked though, especially in the end). As long as I can still run fast, Sonic's made his game standard with me.

    Oh I'm most definitely going to get it regardless. I've already come to the mental consensus that buying a Wii U and 3Ds will be the same price, if not cheaper, than the next gen consoles. I've already made game lists and everything. This holidays going to be gold for me :D

    That image sums it up pretty nicely Neo Metal Sonic. Also that Dark Gaia transformation was epic and terrifying at the same time when i first saw it. Unfortunately, looking at that trailer, I don't think the enemies or graphics will be anywhere near the same as before. I'm just hoping they don't go full nintendo and practically remake the same game and add in some op power up each time.

    If they did a team fighter thing with just Knuckles tagging along and all 4 characters would be playable, that would be hot. i also realized they can take the werehog mechanics a bit and make Knuckles stages out of them. If they're gonna take multiple game ideas, it's something to consider cause making him chase after the Master Emerald again may be too cliche. I like him in action stages.

    I got into the comics the same way as Jest. Sonic Mega collection was such a good game and it made me really interested. I'm really grateful for everything this sites down in the comic section and the forums.

    Thinking about it for me, I wanted to buy a next Gen console anyway. If i can get the Wii U and 3DS on sale from Amazon or something, that would probably cost less than a PS4 since the current price or them is $580 and I cant see next Gen being any lower than $500 so in the long run it's a fair deal. Lot of decisions going into this upcoming holiday season.

    I completely agree with HyperMetal50. Although it would probably take years to make and have constant updates for new missions and side quests, having a full game based off of the comics with multiple playable characters would be a great idea. And they could make it so that you can create squads for certain characters like having some parts of the freedom fighters, Chaotix, and even the Destructix or Eggman empire as a villain type quest line. For a straight forward Sonic vs Eggman game, I'd like for them to at least include tails and knuckles as full playable characters like they do in sonic adventure. Also let them go hyper and turbo for once too. Sonic heroes was fun but the whole shove them in a yellow ball and go was kind of cheesy.
