Well seeing as how it's now official for me, Merry Christmas everybody!
-
*Puts on a hard hat* Well that takes care of the Exterior work on this new forum. Now for the interior structure.

Now in regards to the Voting poll. I'll admit I didn't consider how long to make it last, that was my fault. But I'm convinced that we have all the votes we're gonna get in this regard. As the votes decided, I'll be making the Free-Play area very shortly.

... Unfortunately your taking liberties with these numbers a tad too far with that. So with that said, I PLAY SNIPER KITTY IN ATTACK MODE! *Shoots all 71 numbers in a row*

Well now, First off, it's an honor to see a fellow Administrator from there. ...And I'd like to thank you for your efforts here since it seems you and Nega are responsible for the comics displayed on here. ...Plus it's badass to see another Red here. (Red is a nickname I have among my friends as well. XD ) But yeah, I don't think we have to worry about any "Cinoses" since our RP community is mostly composed of generally mature people. But I will put this knowledge into consideration, and I'll probably use it like you guys do, just to be on the safe side. Having fun is the whole point after all. ^_^ Right so an Update: We the staff has decided to close early with 3 out of the promised 4. My apologies to anyone who still wanted to join. With that said, as promised. The following are the new members of the Staff: Skye Prower Captain Survivor Dylan (As an Apprentice-Mod. ...For those who don't know what that means, it means that, while we're unsure of his skill as a Mod, we are giving him a shot with a Mod status, but subtracting some of the power until we feel he's ready to be official.) Congrats to these three, and welcome to the Staff. ^_^

Ok people, I have an announcement to make. Three Announcements to be exact. It's in the newest topic I made on the Sonic Scanf area.

So after...what, few weeks now? I finally decided to take a chance and watch this show. What are my thoughts on it?
-
Happy B-Day Gabe. ^^

Nega, I don't know if you noticed or not, but this is for Fiction. For Writer to write stories and what-have-you, and by Stories I mean actual stories with chapters and all. Not to worry though. *Grabs this topic and floats on over to the Off-topic area with the impossible staff.* There we go. Me, I've never been a fan of creepy things, so any thing I found creepy in my life I've repressed, so I can't say I remember much on the subject. Sorry.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with this. Honestly though, I didn't mind too much the time span between the two and still don't. If anything, waiting until the people Adjust is just as bad. Because then the moment they do and this happens, they'd frown and worry that, after finally getting settled in and used to it, they'd change up the universe yet again. Granted, unless "He-whose-name-we-shall-not-speak-of" comes around and suddenly changes his mind in regards to his characters (And debatably even if he did.), there's no reason to pull that ending stunt a second time. It's that they're doing this at all that I had a problem with. I liked the Crossover, I liked the idea, and while the execution wasn't perfect, (It was one-sided, which is NEVER a good thing.) I still think it wasn't bad. That said however, I didn't think there would be any new path to tread on, especially so soon after this. Yes, Xander is the new villain (As far as I know.) But what can he really do that's worth both Sonic and Megaman's attention? Moreover, what would stop this from being "a slightly-different Worlds Collide"? The keyword being "Had". Then I heard Sonic Boom and X were coming and...Well, My general reaction was, and still is: And not in a good way. I'll admit, I'd LOVE to see the Megaman X universe or even just the characters of said universe again. Putting them in this crossover is worth it if it means seeing X and Zero and maybe even Sigma and Vile once more. But Sonic Boom? ...Comic Sonic Boom? ...Ian Flynn's Sonic Boom? I'm with Blue Comet, I would much rather see Sonic X get in this crossover. Not just because of the good point that Sonic Boom has yet to live long enough to warrant a crossover, and not just because the point of there being four different universes to consider in this crossover event potentially making it become quite a mess, but also because of my own personal...*Ahem*.,. "Dislike" of the Flynn Boom comic. Still I'll probably read it here; it'd be unfair if I didn't at least give it a chance.

I assure it's a lot darker than Persona though. o.o;
-
Yeah, that's pretty much my timeline as well. I decided to give up and give him just...I think it was Niflheim and Ragnarok. But I don't remember. Worked out in the end though, because I got all the abilities on Personas that won't make the Superboss activate her 1-hit kill. And Ah, I see. ...You think that's bad, Play SMT: Nocturne. I promise you'll be getting a new controller by the time you reach a certain Spanish skeleton.

It's Mr. ^^ Define "Warped". because if you mean caught up in it, then it's because I just could named every other month besides the later ones of P3 my personal favorite. They're not bad, but they're not noteworthy either, they're standard as the Status Quo of the game.That's why I find January so striking to me, it was a time to relax before that big final showdown. Speaking of which, the one you refer to: Yeah, I actually enjoyed that battle as well. ...I'd prolonged farther than I'd like, but I understood why it did that, and I liked how it got interesting at that final Arcana. Orpheus Telos was just a pain. Worth it, but a Pain. I managed to beat P3's superboss thanks to that. The Answer was good, I liked how it took a trip into the past of everyone, but it's honestly my least favorite of the stories. Never mind the difficulty spike, but also I just didn't like that Penultimate arc before the final boss, especially Yukari. I get why she's like that, but I still absolutely hate what she tried to do. Heck even she admitted by the end that she was being stupid.

Per...So......Na! Heck yeah! I, LOVE, the Persona series! (Although I think you should add the name to your title just so people who don't get the reference would understand that that's what this is about.) I'll admit I was introduced to it rather late, but I couldn't get enough of it, nor the Shin Megami Tensei series that it span-off from. It immediately went from a game that I just didn't understand, (I looked at a Persona 4 walkthrough and noticed that it was set in days, which, at the time made me confused as to what the heck this game was supposed to be.) to some of my favorite video games of ALL time. I'll admit, however, I only played two of the games: Persona 3 and 4. I haven't played 1 and neither of the 2. I have seen them however, and recognized their quality. Favorite game: Hands Down, Persona 4. I love Persona 3, and I do recognize it to be the superior game of the two, but I absolutely LOVE this game. It was my introduction to this series and the Shin Megami Tensei series as a whole. I love the concept I loved the town, I loved just about every character in this, there's not a single thing I don't like in this (...Ok, Except a certain singer, but even she has some good qualities in her.). There are things that Persona 3 did better, but I like them here anyways. Favorite Character: This is an odd and unpopular choice to be sure, but I'm going to go right out and say it: Not only is Teddie my favorite character in Persona 4, he is one of my favorite characters in gaming period. I love his character arc, I love his personality, I love his story, I love that freaking Shadow he has, and I love the fact that he's actually quite useful in battle. Heck, I'll even tolerate his bear puns, because at least he's doing them right...most of the time anyways, some of those puns just don't work. In Persona 3's case...It's actually difficult because I love most of the characters in this too...Personality shifts in FES' "The Answer" not withstanding. *Glares at Yukari* But my favorite has got to be Pharos/Ryoji Mochizuki. It's hard to explain without spoiling anything, but...Considering his backstory up to when he appears, I absolutely love how he turned out. Let's just put it that way. Favorite Social Link: In Persona 3...I gotta go with Akinari. Being a writer myself, I can say this character is a bit of an inspiration to me. Not a direct one, but just...every time I see his story and how it ends, it makes me want to work on my stuff. In Persona 4: Dojima. ...Just, Just Dojima. I guess the best way to describe why is because talking with him...makes me feel relax. It reminds me of my own conversations with my Dad, and it just makes me feel like I'm enjoying a conversation with him, or any of my uncles really. I enjoy every conversation with him. ...And I...admit, ...when "that scene" happens and when I saw him upset, ...I had teary eyes. Favorite Song: In terms of Persona 3 however, ...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APF5FPDQi04...Just...Just Darkness. Favorite Vocal Song: The three Credit songs: Favorite Villain: Favorite town: I gotta go with Inaba. I don't know what it is about this town that makes such an impact on me, but the peaceful nature of this small town and everyone in it just makes me feel relaxed. The big city of Persona 3 is good too, but it just doesn't leave as much of an impact as this town does. Favorite Velvet Room Resident: Igor. Because he's freaking Igor! He has been there since the very beginning and the fact he has the game's superbosses at his beck and call, shows just what kind of respect this being holds. It helps that's also polite, loyal, and willing to help his guest every step of the way. Favorite Moment: In Persona 4, It's got to be the last day of the game. Why? ...I honestly don't know. I guess it's because on the last day, I feel like Inaba just...is at its best. ...Have you ever prepared to move out of your hometown, and just took one last trip around the neighborhood before you go? Saying goodbye to your friends, reliving old memories, and realizing just how good a place it was to you? That's basically what that day was like for me. It was a sad and yet...relaxed sigh I get every time I take that final walk around town. In Persona 3, it was the ENTIRE month of January. Like with Persona 4, this is the last month of the game, and to me, it was the most relaxing. This one is actually a bit easier to explain. You spent most of the year fighting, one month in confusion and sadness, and one month in absolute despair. Despite what's beyond the horizon, this is the month where, after making a decision of hope, the team feels at its most...normal. It's a month of relaxation, of preparation, of determination, and just that moment where the game just takes a breather. The music changes from joyful upbeat music on all accounts to melancholic, slow, yet peaceful music. While the world around you gets more and more insane, you and your friends living their lives to the best of their abilities because they know this might be the last time they're able to. Favorite Persona: Well in terms of Design, I gotta go with Izanagi-no-Okami. I'm a sucker for trenchcoats. But more importantly, Look at that freaking sword! In terms of use, however: ...I gotta go with Orpheus Telos. This is the Persona that truly represents the true power of the Wild Card. Capable of inheriting any abilities from any Persona used to make it, makes it incredibly useful. ...A pain to get the proper abilities installed though. -.-;

Now that's what I'm talking about: Bringing in your two cents to the issue we both reviewed and adding in something I missed, probably because I never heard of Fireball XLR and wouldn't get the reference therefore. Nice reviews mate. :D
-
Especially love the Pink-hair joke, especially when considering Sonic Boom's Comic Amy. XD I also like the concept of the "A look at" series, and your small review of the overall year of comics you reviewed thus far. I'm looking forward to hearing your opinion of Sonic 13. Keep it up, mate. ^_^

Well, personally I don't think I am a good marksman, as I've never actually fired a gun before. That said, I think it means more that as I feel like would in a world filled with this level of sheer despair. Or rather that I "fear that I would" ...And that's no lie, I certainly WOULD fear losing it in that kind of world. Doesn't mean I would though.
-
Yes I do. ^_^ Also, I might as well show my results as well.
-
Well, ignoring the name and picture, By just the Description, I'd say it does indeed fit you. ^_^

To be fair though, ...I honestly think Flynn could still find a way to pull it off. Yeah without the Cosmic Interstate and Blaze's other dimension being the only place to be seen, it will definitely be difficult. On the other hand: Blaze HAS another dimension. Her existence in this as a parallel to Sonic, rather than a cat from the future with Silver like in Sonic '06, proves that Flynn CAN make Dimensional travel still exist. Plus, minus the actual human characters like Chris, both worlds are almost alike enough (In that both have done the Sonic Games in their story before, even if in Sonic X's case it was only two) to be considered an alternate universe or even timeline. Correct me if I'm wrong, but besides that last issue, wasn't Sonic X ALWAYS non-canon? If so, then that didn't stop them from making that last issue of it canon if only for a small reason. Now will Flynn actually do it? ...Well, that depends on him, and considering everything that's happened, I doubt it he will. But creatively speaking, I believe it IS possible, even if he's got to pull some kind of creative technicality. I'll say this though: If I was a betting man, I'd call that he'll take whatever he planned for the Sonic Universe arc involving Sonic X, and use it on Sonic Boom.

Took that walking dead test. ...Apparently I'm a "Natural Leader" ....I...Honestly wasn't expecting that at all.

I do like to point out that there IS a section specifically for making FC/OC profiles. Just saying. ^^
