though i'd ask this question, and apologize if it's in the wrong place but, what do you guys do to kill time or keep you're mind distracted while waiting for the next archie sonic comic?
I try to do things like read other comics or keep myself busy with other things. What do you guys do?

Anyway... I'm not actually sure what you guys were talking about in the convo while I was asleep o_o I must be kind of behind on things...we were talking about who or what the purple guy could be.

Oh, he’s a new character... kinda. Him and the other Witchcarters (along with Wendy 'Witchcart' Naugus herself) were the villains of the game 'Tails Skypatrol' for the SEGA Game Gear. I don't believe they've appeared in anything since that game, though.
well that's good. on a side note i really hope tails gets the spotlight soon. maybe it's because i like him but i feel like he hasn't been in anything major, and is going back to his just-begin-a-fan-boy days.

Anyway, I didn't actually realise that the main covers for "Panic in the Sky" are gonna be interconnected (just like "Countdown to Chaos" was). In that case, the purple guy's probably just there as part of a 'villain ensemble' for the Shattered World Saga as a whole.
oh well. i kind of hope he's at least a new character. Either that or we see a certain Bean and Bark come back.

Rule of thumb between Penders characters and Flynns characters. If it first appeared before issue 160, it's a Penders character. If after, it's a Flynn character. This doesn't count the other writers, it's just a general thing

However, I don't think that's Thrash on the cover. Looks like one of the redesigned Witchcarters to me. (They're Wendy Naugus' henchmen, and they'll be against Eggman in the upcoming Universe arc, Eggman’s Dozen.) I don't remember his name, but he's on one of the "Eggman’s Dozen" covers.
Though it's odd to see him here. Maybe something happens at the end of Eggman’s Dozen to explain why...
I think Karl's the one who created mina, someone on facebook told me. and what are those 2 up to anyway, other then begin quieter then you know who?

He was a Flynn creation though... and some bad guys made by him made it through. Looks at Mordred Hood for instance
And I really don't think if it was it would be anything to do with Penderswait thrash was an ian flynn character? gosh dang it i really need to find out who makes these characters. also i'm kind of backing out of my earlier statement. i'm no expert but that looks more like a wolf then a Tasmanian devil.It would be nice to see him come back though since i'm not just realizing he's a flynn character.

sadly i think you are. unless that waiting for license thing means anything it's highly unlikely. If it is thrash his new redesign is probably revenge on ken penders.

*Sighs* It's not that these get under my skin. It's just there's soooooooooooooo many negative ones like this. It doesn't feel like that long ago when you asked how long do we think it'll last which is pretty similar. Can I suggest that you try and use one of the other topics to ask these questions? We seem to have a lot of dead topics similar to this
As for my thoughts: no because Archie have other comics to do so they won't do it. Other people might. But who knowshey sorry dylan but there's not much to talk about other then when the next issue is gonna come out, and I know which road i'm going down if i do that. Also at least give me credit for using proper grammar

This question is probably going to get under the skin of mods and others on here, but I have to ask it. If Archie basically loses the license to do Sonic comics, do you believe that it will go on unofficially like with sonic the comic?
For me, I think the answer is obvious. Archie's Sonic series has just as big, if not bigger following as Sonic The Comic, and I can see if not Ian Flynn, fans doing what there doing now with lost hedgehog tales, banding together to make it happen or go on. I wouldn't mind this either cause as you know, and as mods have pointed out I'm one of those people who doesn't really let go of the old world, but if the comic goes on unofficially, whoever is in charge can do whatever they want, bringing back certain characters included.
Sorry if this seems negative but I had to ask, and to be fair this seems very possible if the series were ever to die, given the small but still large fan base for it. What are your thoughts guys? Would this seem very likely to happen if the comics go? Comment below your thoughts.

Sonic and reboots don't mix. They try that with 06 that fail, they try it with Boom that fail, they try it with the comics and well (forgive me) that fail too.
no, i agree with you 100%. like i said, the only thing we'll get out of the old world is probably how upset sally is that she had to turn into a robot. Other then that archie mind as well admit we all followed those comics for no reason at this point.

This is what they tried with Boom.... and look at the reaction to THAT!
Franchises with large fanbases do not like reboots. Because all the stories they've come to love vanish.and because some fans can't handle new things (me included sometimes depending on the out come) *cough* Sonic 06 *cough* sucks.
that would explain the outcry about the comics reboot. and 2 worlds my you know what come on flynn you know we ain't gonna see the old world.

No where not talking about the comic this time. There's a rumor on the street that says we may be seeing the sonic series go though a reboot. If this rumor became true, what would be your reaction, and what would you like to see come from it. For me, one thing I'd like to see is the original cast staying mostly the same, and the SATAM crew finally becoming cannon to the video game world, add in other characters we don't normally see like Bean and Bark, and you get what i want out of this reboot, IF it happens...

what stories or plans would you like to see for Lupe the wolf in the sonic comics? In my opinion, i'm hoping that there's either a new wolf pack formed since the concept is from sonic SATAM, or she simply joins the main team freedom fighters with sonic, sally, and others.

what do you guys think archie comics will do for sonic's 25th anniversary? Other then a special comic or issue, i don't really know if there gonna do anything other then that celebration wise.

The very least to hope for is that the comics are still good which they are for mesame, though for some reason i want to see more characters. (new characters of course)

Archie Sonic is the Pokemon and Simpson of comic books it will never have an ending unless it gets canceled or Flynn come up with an ending.
EXACTLY! it's sonic, it'll never end, cause there's too many story possiblities, and if they run out, just make more characters.
