      The only problem I really have with Ken Penders is that he isn't a very good writer or artist. Based on interviews and what people who have met him have said, he's a genuinely nice guy. While I do think the lawsuit was unnecessary, I at least understand why he did it. He cares about his characters(perhaps a bit too much) and feels he should control how those characters develop.
