Sonic the Hedgehog #163 - Corrupt download AND 403 forbidden

Sonic the Hedgehog #163's download is corrupted.

Also: page 19 cannot be viewed on the website. Trying to view the image directly gives a 403 access forbidden.

Unrelated question: Why is the quality of comics #162 - #167 much lower than the others? (Looks like the TKA versions)
