Very cliché, but I have to go with Lucario. Everything about that pokemon appeals to me. And I loved him before I became part of the internet, so I'll grant myself a free pass

Second and third would go to Froslass and Banette.

My favorite Pokemon is Victini, Victini is really strong and his moves are the best! Fire and psychic is a great combination plus Victini has three signature moves that are all really strong especially V-create which is the strongest fire type move!

My favorite is Trevenant. Which is hilarious because I never played any Pokemon games with him in it. I just love greenery and nature, but ghost types are my favorite type of pokemon, so I love him. And his design is awesome.
